OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF POSITION
- Identify opportunities and propose plans to serve unmet needs to millions.
- Managing key accounts, maintaining relationships and maximising opportunities to deliver better outcomes for more patients faster.
- Provide an activity, coverage, frequency and sequence of targets that conform to the standards.
- Implements the necessary commercial activities, to meet the related strategic KPIs from these product portfolios.
- Using medical knowledge and delivering communication of key messages.
- Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction.
- Plans and implements actions to achieve agreed business Goals
- Manage KOL, Specialists and relevant Stakeholders
- All service activities and behavior in business must be in compliance to Roche standards expected on all Roche employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- B. Pharm/M. Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc from any recognized University. Bio-Chemistry / Genetic Engineering / Honors & Masters in Biological. Science are also encouraged to apply. CGPA minimum 3.25/4.00 от equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience is preferred and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have the mindset to work outside of Dhaka and travel across Bangladesh.
- Be punctual, committed till the completion of tasks assigned and able to work under pressure.
- Collaborative approach & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
NUMBER OF POSITIONS
WORK LOCATION: Dhaka, Sylhet and travelling across Bangladesh will be required.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Applicants must be signed in contract agreement for minimum 1-year service, agreement potentially renewable based on performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and any kind of persuasion may result in disqualification of candidature.
