Detailed information regarding admission
For the information of all, it is hereby informed that all the students who have been selected in the merit list through lottery in the 3rd and 6th classes in the academic year 2026 will be admitted to the school as per the date and time below. The student must be present at the time of admission and submit the following documents. If he fails to take admission within the stipulated date, his admission will be considered cancelled. Admission date and time of the students who have been selected in the merit list. Date Time From 17/12/2025 AD. To 21/12/2025 AD. From 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM Note that from 22/12/2025 AD. To 24/12/2025 AD. Admission will be made from the 1st waiting list.
Required documents for admission
- Original copy of online application.
- Original copy of the online result sheet.
- Original copy of the school release certificate (TC) from the school where the student studied previously.
- Certified photocopy of the student’s online birth registration.
- Naogaon K.D. Government High School 2 copies of recent passport photographs in dress.
- Certified copy of the national identity card of the student’s parents.
Admission to various quotas
- Only in case of father’s mother’s freedom fighter quota, attested copy of online gazette, temporary certificate/digital certificate of freedom fighter, copy of red liberation letter certified by union, municipality, online list of freedom fighters in 2022, copy of gazette of 2005.
- Certified copy of the certificate issued by the Department of Social Services for students selected under the disability quota.
- All certificates and documents for other quotas.
