- The last date for submission of application forms is 30/11/2024 AD. Only students who have received User ID by 5.00 PM on 30/11/2024 AD. Can submit the application fee (110/- one hundred and ten taka) till 12.00 midnight on the date.
- Each student applicant can apply for both morning and day shifts. However, they cannot apply twice for the same shift in the same school and in the same class.
- The admission process for all classes will be held through online lottery. The date and time of the lottery will be announced later.

Student age limit
According to the National Education Policy-2010 and the policy for admission of students to government secondary schools, the age of the student must be 6+ for admission to class 1 in the 2025 academic year. However, students can apply with a minimum age of 05 years on January 1 of the desired academic year and a maximum age of 37 years on December 31. Accordingly, the admission age of the student will be determined from class 2 to 9. To determine the age of the student, a certified copy of the online birth registration certificate must be submitted along with the admission application form. Admission to quota
Quota will be followed as per the latest issued “Government Secondary School Admission Policy”. For students who have passed 5th grade from government primary schools, 10% of the total seats for admission to 6th grade, 5 seats for sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters, 2% for students with special needs, 1% for children of officers/employees working in the Ministry of Education and subordinate departments/organizations, 3% for twin brothers/sisters and 2% for siblings will be reserved.

- Original copy of online admission application form.
- Original copy of digital lottery results.
- 2 copies of recent passport-sized color photographs of the students, attested.
- Original copy of the student’s birth registration certificate, 1 certified photocopy and online verification copy.
- For admission to class 6, an original copy of the certificate of passing class 5 from the head of the institution. Certificates on plain paper are not acceptable.
- Original copy and 1 certified photocopy of the student’s father’s and mother’s national identity cards.
