Applications are being invited for admission to the following vacant seats in Bhola Collectorate School and College for class 3 to 9 in the academic year 2026. Applications are accepted as per the prescribed schedule, maintaining transparency and fairness in the admission process. All information related to class-wise qualifications, required documents, admission test or merit list is communicated in a timely manner, so that parents and students can easily prepare.

Detailed information regarding admission

  • The distribution of admission forms will begin next Sunday (30.11.25) as part of our school’s admission process for the 2026 academic year.
  • Admission form distribution: From November 30 to December 18.
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Admission form submission: Until December 21, 2025.
  • Admit card collection: December 21st and 22nd.
  • Place to collect and submit forms: School office.
  • Written examination for 3rd and 6th Class: December 26th.
  • Oral exams for Class 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9: December 24.

Merit list admission rules

It is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that the merit list and waiting list of the 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th class admission test-2026 held on December 24, 2025 AD have been published. Students who have passed the merit list are asked to take admission by the following date. If no student from the merit list is admitted within the said period, students will be admitted from the waiting list (in order of merit) against that seat.   • Waiting List (Subject to availability) Student Admission Process: 30/12/2025 AD and 31/12/2025 AD (9.00 AM to 1.00 PM)
