Detailed information regarding admission
- Candidates who have received the form will be selected through a lottery. The lottery will be conducted according to the rules and regulations of the school approved by the school board. Only those who are willing to accept this decision will participate in the admission process.
- The date of declaration of results will be announced on the day of application form submission and interview.
- The decision of the school board of directors will be considered final for all information and all decisions regarding the admission process described above.
- Parents and guardians of all students participating in the admission process will be deemed to have agreed to accept all the prevailing rules and regulations of this school.
- Branch cannot be changed in any way after admission.
- Admission must be taken within the specified time or admission will be taken from the waiting list.

Admission of students selected through lottery
- The admission process will be completed through the online bKash system on Monday and Tuesday, December 1 and 2, 2025.
- Total including admission fee, development fee, account and monthly salary (January) is 17,700/- (Seventeen thousand seven hundred taka).
- Parents will first download the YWCA School Apps from the Google Play Store on their mobile phones.
- Go to the Payments option of the app and enter your email ID and password (which will already be sent to the guardians’ mobile phones via SMS on November 28, 2025).
- After paying the admission fee, you should save the payment receipt on your mobile phone or print it and keep it with you.
- Parents are asked to carefully protect their students’ email IDs and passwords.
- If the selected candidates do not take admission on the scheduled date, they will not be given any further opportunity for admission. On this day, school dresses can be purchased from the YWCA showroom. Students will come to buy school dresses along with them.
- All decisions of the authorities regarding the results through the lottery will be considered final and you will be bound to accept all the rules and regulations prevailing at this school.
