st. francis xavier’s girls school & college Admission 2026

A limited number of students will be admitted to St. Francis Xavier Girls School and College through lottery in Class 1. All admission activities will be conducted by the Admission Committee. Transparency and discipline are given utmost importance in the admission process. Information on application, class-wise eligibility, required documents and admission test is communicated in a timely manner as per the prescribed schedule. There are supportive guidelines for parents so that the admission process can be completed easily and smoothly.

Admission Eligibility

• Must be within 6 years 364 days. The student must be 6 years old on January 1, 2026.
• The name of the student, date of birth, father’s and mother’s names on the birth certificate must match the student’s birth registration. It cannot be changed later under any circumstances.

Rules for applying online

• For admission to class 1, first you have to fill the application form obtained online. Application

• Students can apply online only. In case of online application, 1 person can apply for an application fee of 550/-(five hundred and fifty) Taka by bKash payment.

Online application form fee

• The cost of the form is 550/= (five hundred and fifty) taka. A candidate cannot fill more than one form.
• The form fee must be paid through bKash Payment.
• After filling out the form, you will need to go to the Education Fee option of bKash Payment and make the payment.
• The payment process is detailed on the website and a video is provided.

Then read the detailed process or method of filling the admission application form and click on the Click Link** button below to fill the form. Once the form is completed, payment will be made through bKash. The form can be submitted only after the payment is completed. Once the form is submitted, it will be printed in color and saved.

Documents required for admission

• The form filled out online must be printed in color at the time of the interview.
• Along with the admission application form, a photocopy of the student’s birth registration certificate and the national identity card of the father and mother must be brought.
• The student and parents must be present during the interview.

Date and time of filling out the form

Special Note

• The admission lottery application form must be filled out correctly online.
• The student and parents will submit the form themselves on the specified date and time. An interview will be conducted at the time of submission of the form.
• The forms of students studying in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade will be rejected without any reason being given. (Forms of very young and very old students will be rejected at the time of interview.)
• Any recommendation/personal interview regarding admission will be considered as a disqualification of the student.
• If the form is not submitted on the specified time and date, it will be rejected. It will not be accepted for subsequent submissions.
• Students will be admitted to any class from 2nd to 9th grade later.
