Like every year, the admission process for the new academic year has started at Azimpur Government Girls School and College. The institution is always the first choice for parents and students for its quality education, safe environment, experienced teachers and rules and regulations. All students, guardians and concerned class teachers selected in the lottery (Merit List) for the admission of new students in Azimpur Government Girls School and College for the academic year 2026 are requested to follow the following points:

Rules for applying online
The admission form and information form must be filled out on the website. 1 copy of the student’s recently taken color photograph must be uploaded in the designated space on the admission form. The admission form and information form must be printed and 1 copy of the photograph stapled in the designated space on the information form.

Rules for submitting admission fees online
Admission fee must be submitted online. Login to the organization’s website www.aggsc.edu.bd and open the student’s online banking “Rocket” apps and submit with the biller ID number 4232 and the student’s online application User ID and submit the amount of money mentioned in the table below for admission fee. Payment of online admission fee for Merit List will be made from 19/12/2025 to 11:59 pm on 22/12/2025. If an applicant fails to pay the money and get admitted within the mentioned date, he will not get the opportunity to get admitted later. In that case, admission will be taken from the 1″ Waiting List according to the serial, subject to the availability of seats.
Waiting List Admission
The admission fee for the 1st Waiting List will be deposited on 23/12/2025 and 24/12/2025, Tuesday, 11:59 PM, subject to availability of seats. Admission will be taken from the 2nd Waiting List according to the serial, subject to availability of the last seat. Documents required to confirm admission on merit
- Submission date for necessary documents for confirmation of admission on merit: 23/12/2025
- Submission date for required documents to confirm admission to the Waiting List: 26/12/2025
- Submission date for necessary documents to confirm admission to 2nd Waiting List: 29/12/2025
- Time and place for submission of documents: Documents must be submitted to Room No. 109 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Required documents
- Copy of online application, payment slip for deposit and copy of student’s result;
- Printed admission form and information form;
- 2 copies of passport size color photographs. Documents required for various quotas
- In case of CA quota, a certificate from the local councilor must be brought.
- In case of FF, the original certificate must be shown and a photocopy of the certificate must be submitted. In case of sibling quota, the salary receipt of the sister must be submitted.
- A printed copy of the guardian’s PDS must be submitted in ME quota:
- Photocopy of the student’s previous school discharge/certificate
- Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and parents’ national identity cards.
Special Note: No admission fee can be deposited in the institution.
