Requirements
- Freashers – Graduate in Science group; Age: 28
- Experience – Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years experience (Science up to HSC Level); Age: 30
- Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Field Sales Manager (FSM)
- Major Responsibilities:
- Achieving area sales objective through his/her sales officer’s team.
- People development and implementation of marketing strategies and CRM.
Requirements
- Education: MSc/BSc (MBA in Marketing will get advantages)
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as a First Line Manager of Pharma market.
- Age: within 36 years
- Good communication and computer skills. Ability to lead a team and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Responsible for achieving regional sales objective through his/her team.
- Implementation of activities and marketing strategies for sales & marketing team.
- Cultivate a healthy working culture in the organization to ensure achievement of target revenue.
Requirements
- Education: MSc/BSc (MBA in Marketing will get advantages)
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as a Second Line Manager of Pharma market.
- Age: within 40 years
- Good communication and computer skills. Ability to
- priorities work independently and commitment to meet deadlines and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
