Cadet College Admission Notice 2026 for Class 7

Cadet Colleges are statutory residential educational institutions under the direct supervision of the Adjutant General Branch of the Bangladesh Army under the Ministry of Defense of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. At present there are total 12 cadet colleges in Bangladesh including 09 for boys and 03 for girls. All cadet colleges are inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission as cadets in class 7 in 2025.

Apply online through the website www.cadetcollege.army.mil.bd or https://cadetcollegeadmission.army.mil.bd between 01 November 2025 08:00 AM to 10 December 2025 17:00 PM.

oral examination: The date, time and venue of oral and health examination will be published on the website at the time of publication of written examination results. Candidates will be finally selected according to the overall merit list subject to passing all the mentioned examinations.

Eligibility of Cadet College Candidates

  1. nationality: Candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
  2. Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed 6th standard or equivalent final examination.
  3. Age: Maximum age will be 13 years 06 months on 01 January 2026. 
  4. Physical Qualification: 

(1) Height: Minimum 4 feet 8 inches (applicable to both boys/girls).

(2) Fitness: Candidate must be physically and mentally fit.

(3) Power of vision:

Eyeglass power shall not exceed (-) 2D in either eye. Spherical Equivalent should be calculated in case of astigmatism.

Cadet College Disqualification 

A candidate will be considered ineligible at any stage of the admission process for the following reasons:

  1. If you have previously appeared in the Cadet College Entrance Examination.
  2. If ineligible in written, oral and health test.
  3. Gross Knock Knee, Flat Foot, Color Blind and Over Weight.
  4. Fever), Tuberculosis, Chronic Dysentery, Hepatitis, Duodenal Ulcer, Night Blindness, any type of Diabetes, Haemophilia, Kleptomaniac, bedwetting etc.
  5. Other reasons identified by the Board of Health Examiners.

Cadet College Written Test Centres

 Address and contact number to send required documents. The following are the addresses and contact numbers for sending the documents required for the written examination. Note that as the number of seats in the examination center is fixed, the applicant can select the center on priority basis and the examination center is not eligible to be changed after filling the application form:

Documents Required for Cadet College Admission

The list of essential documents for all candidates is as follows:

  1. Candidate’s Primary Education Completion/Primary Education Completion/Equivalent Examination attested certificate. 5th/equivalent class pass certificate issued by Head Teacher in case of candidates studying through English medium.
  2. Attested photocopy of birth registration/birth certificate of the candidate.
  3. Certificate from appropriate authority in favor of monthly income of candidate’s father/guardian and mother.
  4. Attested photocopy of National Identity Card, TIN Certificate and Passport (if any) of both the candidate’s parents/guardians (Certificate showing valid reason in case of absence of National Identity Card).
  5. 6th or equivalent (any medium) examination by the head teacher mentioning the year and roll number

  1. 10 Passport size (Colour) photographs similar to those uploaded in the online application form.

Special Note: The attested photocopy shall bear the official seal with the name and rank of the attestator.

Sending the necessary documents for admission to Cadet College

After successfully filling the online application form, the required documents for other candidates for stanza-7 and stanza-7 and 8 for various category candidates should be received in the 15010′ envelope after 14th December 2025 mentioning the candidate’s index number and the name of the examination center registered at the address of the Cadet College responsible for the examination center mentioned in the candidate’s admit card by 20th December 2025 (Stanza-6 Note) To be delivered by post/courier/carrier.

Cadet College Admission Application Form Filling Procedure

You can fill the application form by correctly completing the following steps online through the internet:

  1. Click on ‘Admission’ Menu on Home Page of www.cadetcollege.army.mil.bd website: Click on ‘Apply Now’ button on the screen of ‘Welcome to Cadet Colleges Online Admission -2026’ or directly click on ‘Apply Now’ button through https://cadetcollegeadmission.army.mil.bd.
  2. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and the ‘Sign Up’ menu will appear. In the ‘Sign Up’ menu, enter the candidate’s name, mobile number, password (to be used later), e-mail and correct date of birth: click on the ‘Sign Up’ button. If the candidate is within the minimum age limit, the candidate will be considered eligible and ‘Sign Up’ will be completed. After completing ‘Sign Up’ User ID and Password will be received through mobile number. After receiving the User ID and Password, click on the ‘Log In’ button and ‘Log In’ using the User ID and Password.
  3. After ‘Log In’ ‘Payment’ menu will be displayed. bKash, Trust Bank (tap) displayed in the ‘Payment’ menu, SSL Commerz (All types of Credit/Debit/Wallet), Nagad and Rocket (DBBL Nexus pay and all DBBL Payment) 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred) Rupees (Non-Refundable) must be successfully completed online payment and the form must be filled completely within the specified time.
  4. The complete form is divided into 06 steps, each step has to be filled completely by the candidate. All the Attachments that have to be uploaded in the said steps, the size of each Attachment must be according to the specified format (displayed in the online form).
  5. After completing the 06 steps of the application form correctly, click on the ‘Application Preview’ button and verify all the information correctly: The form should be ‘Final Submit’ subject to correctness. After ‘Final Submit’ it will not be possible to change any information by the candidate. After Final Submit click on ‘Print Application Form’ button and save the application form. Note that if the candidate does not final submit the form within the time displayed on the screen, if all the information of 06 steps is complete and correct, then the form will automatically be final submitted after the allotted time. Note that if any candidate’s information is incomplete, the application will automatically be considered as canceled after the specified time.
  6. Note that the User ID and Password will be required later for printing/downloading the admit card and for any inquiry related to the candidate’s application so it must be saved (the mobile number used at the time of ‘Sign Up’ will be used as the User ID and the password provided). The password given by the candidate can be changed at any time by clicking the Change Password button till the time of final submission of the form. However, no information can be changed by the candidate after Final Submit, so it is requested to fill the form properly/definitely while filling the form. If the candidate has lost his/her password, the candidate should contact the E-Booth of the college responsible for the selected examination center.
  7. Collection of admit cards. After the last date for filling the application form, you can print/download the admit card from 20 December 2025 till the day before the exam. You can print/download the Admit Card by logging in with User ID and Password and clicking the Print Admit Card button.
  8. Sending the requested documents. After successfully filling the online application form, the required documents must be sent/submitted as per the instructions in Clause-9.

Submission of application and required documents through E-booth Outlet

Submission of application and required documents through ‘E-booth Outlet’ established by Cadet College. For the convenience of candidates and parents, there will be an ‘E-booth Outlet’ one at every cadet college in the country and one at the Dhaka Army Stadium to fill the online application form. Online application can be made by any candidate for any examination center by appearing at any ‘E-booth Outlet’. Every ‘E-booth Outlet’ will have facility to deposit application fee. Cadet College’s ‘E-booth Outlet’ will be operational from 01 November 2025 to 10 December 2025 (except Fridays and public holidays) from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.

Cadet College Defective Application Form

Deficiency of documents required in Clause-7 and 8 (as applicable) is not acceptable. Failure to submit the required documents to the Cadet College in charge of the examination center mentioned in the candidate’s admit card by 20 December 2025 will result in the application being deemed defective/invalidated.

Joining the armed forces

After completing education in cadet college, cadets are given priority in the selection examination for the post of commissioned officer of the armed forces. In this case it is mandatory for the cadets to appear in the ISSB examination and join the armed forces if finally selected.

Special Instructions for Cadet College Admission

  • Read the admission notification carefully before filling the online application form and click on the ‘How to Apply’ ‘Payment Guideline’ ‘Category’ link in the ‘Admission Menu’ suggestion boxes of the www.cadetcollege.army.mil.bd website for detailed instructions.
  • It is advised to complete the admission test process by filling the application form and uploading the photo in the presence of the candidate and the guardian.
  • Provide accurate information while filling the online application form, so that the information is matched with the required documents later.
  • The required documents must be sent to the Cadet College in charge of the examination center mentioned in the admit card by 20 December 2025.
  • While filling the application form the candidate should be correct and careful while selecting the examination center. Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the examination at any other center other than the center selected. Also Candidate’s Gender, Exam Version (Bangla/English) and other mandatory information should be filled carefully, these information cannot be changed after submission of application.
  • The Authority reserves the right to reject any application for deficiency of required documents, defective documents or inconsistency of information.
  • The candidature will be canceled at any time even after admission if it is proved to have appeared in the examination for the second time.
  • For information regarding admission, the candidate may contact the in-charge Cadet College Authority of the center where he/she intends to take the examination on the mobile number mentioned in Clause-6 till 10th December 2025 (excluding Fridays and Public Holidays) between 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
  • Candidates have to appear at the examination center with admit card (last revised if revised) on the day of examination by 08:00 AM. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the written test without admit card.
  • The application will be accepted only after proper submission of application fee 2,500/-. If the application fee is not deposited correctly, the application form cannot be filled and the admit card printed.
  • If the confirmation SMS is not received within 12 hours of successfully submitting the application fee, the authority of the medium through which the operator has deposited the fee should be contacted.
  • If the admit card is not received after 18 December 2025 after successfully submitting the application fee, the cadets should contact any ‘E-booth Outlet’ authority of the college.
  •  All subsequent results/information regarding admission will be published on www.cadetcollege.army.mil.bd web site and cadet colleges only.
  • Considering the overall situation, only 01 guardian is requested to accompany all the candidates.
  • Candidates of Bangladesh International School and College (BISC), Nirjhar, Dhaka Cantonment and Nirjhar Cantonment Public School and College, Dhaka Cantonment Examination Center are requested to proceed through Bhashantech entrance gate.
