First Credit Officer (FCO)
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting installments and saving.
- Verify and admit members on the ground.
- Conduct data-based debtor verification on the ground.
- Issue-based discussions and maintaining organizational discipline.
- Cross-check with all types of passbook sheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly/half-yearly/annual reports accurately.
- Ensure that the general ledger is reconciled with the report every week.
