Steps of Online Admission Process

Online Application Procedure After depositing the application fee of Rs.220 (two hundred and twenty), the applicant has to go to the prescribed website (www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd) and apply (details on the website of the institution). Students who want to take admission in Bir Shrestha Noor Mohammad Public College must keep this college as number 1 in the list of preference. 

In case of students selected in Special Quota (SQ).

Special Instructions: Before 10th August 2025, the certificate of BGB child from respective unit should be sent to Room No. 101 of the institution/e-mail of the institution (sqbnmpc@gmail.com). The SQ quota will be confirmed by the institution subject to receipt of the certificate. The certificate must mention the name of the education board, SSC roll number, registration number and mobile phone number. There is no chance of getting selected in SQ quota without confirmation. Students who are not interested in wearing ‘uniform’ prescribed by the college, using college ID card and attending classes regularly need not apply.

2025-26 academic year admission form along with required documents

In the academic year 2025-2026, students selected in class XI can complete the admission process from 07 to 11 September 2025 from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

1. Original academic transcripts and testimonials.
2. Photocopy of Academic Transcript, Testimonial, SSC Exam Admit Card and Birth Registration-01 Set.
3. 02 copies passport size color photo.
4. Photocopy of National Identity Card of parents-01 set.
5. Certificate issued by Captain/ Acting Captain serving in BGB in case of admission of children of BGB member.
6. In case of admission of children of freedom fighters, certified copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and the certificate of the relationship of the freedom fighter with the student should be submitted.
7. Students selected in EQ-1 and EQ-2 quota must submit the certificate issued by the concerned department at the time of admission.

Special Note: 

1. No student will be admitted without required documents.
2. The institution is completely non-residential.
3. Students are transported by college buses of the institution (subject to seat availability) on 2 routes (Mohammedpur and Mirpur). Bus Fee 2200/-1 per month
4. Students are transported on the Old Dhaka (Katherpool) route by college buses of the institution for girls only (subject to seat availability). Bus fee 2200/- per month.
