Post Name: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of four first classes/divisions.
- Other conditions: The candidate must have the mindset to work anywhere in the country.
- Benefits: The selected Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) will be on probation for 01 (one) year and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 70,000/- during this period. After successfully completing the probation period, they will be made permanent as “Senior Officer” and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 80,815/- along with other benefits in the regular pay scale of Tk. 34,300-increment-Tk. 1,000×59-Tk. 93,300.
Post Name: Assistant Officer (AO)
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of three first classes/divisions (third class/division is not acceptable at any stage of education).
- Other terms and conditions: Candidates will be posted in branches/sub-branches of the bank located in rural areas anywhere in the country.
- Facilities: The selected Assistant Officers (AO) will be on probation for 1 (one) year and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 40,000/- during this period. After successfully completing the probation period, they will be made permanent in the service and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 49,405/- with other benefits in the regular pay scale of Tk. 24,100-increment-Tk. 650059-Tk. 62,450.
Post Name: Trainee Officer-Sales (TO-Sales)
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of three first classes/divisions (third class/division is not acceptable at any stage of education).
- Other terms and conditions: Candidates will be posted at the upazila level of the country with the target of collecting deposits, providing retail/SME loans, and selling credit/prepaid cards.
- Facilities: The selected Trainee Officer-Sales (TO-Sales) will be on apprenticeship for 1 (one) year and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 35,000/- during this period. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, they will be permanent in service and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 45,859/- in the regular pay scale of 22,370-increment-Tk. 550059-Tk. 54,820 along with other benefits.

- Candidates will be posted in the bank’s branches/sub-branches located in the Sylhet region.
- Candidates must have a permanent address (as per NID) in Sylhet Division and be citizens of Bangladesh. However, it is mentioned that candidates who are not permanent residents of Sylhet Division and wish to work permanently in Sylhet Division can also apply; in that case, they will never be posted to a branch/sub-branch of the bank located in any other part of the country except Sylhet Division during their service life.

Job Title: Sales Manager (SM) for Agent Banking
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (third division/class is not acceptable at any stage of education).
- Other terms and conditions: Candidates will be posted to work at agent outlets under the Agent Banking Department located in remote rural areas anywhere in the country.
- Facilities: The selected Sales Managers (SM) will be on a 1 (one) year apprenticeship and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 32,000/- during this period. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, they will be made permanent in the job and will receive a total monthly salary of Tk. 42,130/- with other benefits in the regular pay scale of 18,600-increment-Tk. 400×39-Tk. 34,200.

General conditions of application
- The job candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
- The age limit is 30 years as on October 4, 2024 (maximum age limit is 32 years for children of freedom fighters).
