Rules for applying online

On the day of the oral examination, a set of attested photocopies of the appropriate original certificates/certificates and 2 recent passport size color photographs (maximum 100 KB in JPG format) along with each information provided in the online application must be submitted and attested by a first class gazetted officer. The original certificates/certificates will be returned after verification. If any error is found in the verification of the correctness of the information provided by the candidate in the online application form, there will be no opportunity to participate in the examination. Moreover, if any error is found during the preparation of the merit list, the candidate will not be included in the panel.

Training methods
The recruited trainee officers will undergo training for one year (2 phases) under the Grameen Bank Training Center. In the first phase, a monthly training allowance of 13,000 taka (fixed) will be provided and in the second phase, those who successfully complete the training in the first phase will be provided with a training allowance of 15,000 taka (fixed); Those who successfully complete the training in the second phase will have to participate in the final examination organized by the authority at a specified time; Those who successfully pass the examination will be appointed as ‘Senior Officer’ in the 9th grade of the Grameen Bank Pay Scale (2015) of 22000-53060 taka. In addition, they will be entitled to financial and other benefits as per the prevailing rules of Grameen Bank. Those who fail the training will be exempted from the post of trainee officer.
The appointed Apprenticeship Center Managers will undergo training for one year (2 phases) under the Grameen Bank Training Center. In the first phase, a monthly stipend of 9,000 taka (fixed) will be paid and in the second phase, those who successfully complete the training in the first phase will be paid 10,000 taka (fixed) for the training: Those who successfully complete the training in the second phase will have to participate in the final examination organized by the authority at a specified time; those who successfully pass the examination will be appointed as ‘Center Manager’ in the 15th grade of Grameen Bank Pay Scale (2015) of 9700-23490 taka. In addition, they will be entitled to financial and other benefits as per the prevailing rules of Grameen Bank. Those who fail the training will be dismissed from the post of Apprenticeship Center Manager.
