JOB PURPOSE
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate product information, and offering tailored recommendations. Their goal is to create a positive and memorable shopping experience that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Associate at Aarong, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of empowering artisans. Your responsibilities will Include:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise.
- Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendations as needed.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals
- Manage back store operations.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organization’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action,
