Adamjee Cantonment College for the information of the students and parents selected by the Board of Education for Class XI in the academic year 2025-26, it is being informed that the admission process for Class XI will be conducted completely online. The following instructions are given to the students finally selected by the Board of Education for admission to this college. The school has Bengali and English editions and its flag is yellow in color with a monogram of four stars on the flag, indicating the school’s motto – Discipline, Education and Character.

Information regarding admission, salary and uniform preparation of students in class XI in the academic year 2025-2026. Online Admission Date: Next 07-09-2025 to 10-09-2025.

- Filling of all information as per Payable Form: The following information should be collected in advance and processed.
Documents of admitted students
Name of the student, original name part of the student’s SSC certificate for printing on the uniform, date of birth, birth certificate number, blood group of the student, mobile number of the student, emergency mobile number (mobile number of parent/guardian), category of the student such as: Army Serving, Army Retired, Air Force Serving, Air Force Retired, Navy Serving, Navy Retired, Defense Budget (Serving), Civil, Home District should be mentioned.
- It should be mentioned whether the student is involved in any co-curricular activities or not, currently there are 30 clubs in the college and among the clubs a student can participate in at least 01 and maximum 03 clubs. Besides, the future life goals of the student should be recorded.
- Student’s father’s name, profession, surname, workplace address, national identity card number, annual income and information mentioned in military along with Job Location, Rank, Unit Name, BA/Regiment No etc. information should be mentioned.
- To mention the student’s mother’s name, national identity card number, work address and surname if employed
- Present and permanent address details should be mentioned.
- Student’s SSC Exam Roll Number, Registration Number, GPA, Total Marks Obtained, Board Name, School Name, SSC Academic Year, Side Year, SSC Exam Participation Category etc.
- Selection of subjects studied in Class XI of the student (as per attached list of subjects studied).
- Scanned and uploaded passport size color photograph of student, father, mother and guardian.
Guidelines for Selected Students in Quota
Payment of College Fees. Online TAP (Trust Axiata Pay), bKash SSL. Salaries and annual fees must be paid through Commerz. EQ and FFQ Quota: The students selected in EQ and FFQ quota should come to the college in person between 9:00 AM to 14:00 AM from 07-09-2025 to 09-09-2025 and get the principal’s signature after verifying and confirming the necessary documents in favor of the quota by the concerned committee. Later they will complete the online admission process in the same manner. Amount of money to be paid at the time of admission: Students selected for admission in class 11 in the academic year 2025-2026 have to deposit money at the rate mentioned below and take admission between 07-09-2025 and 10-09-2025.

Note: For admission of children of serving/retired and salaried members of the armed forces from the defense sector, copies of appropriate certificates from respective units/cores/records mentioning the name of the student should be submitted along with the admission form later. Therefore it is specially requested to select the category while online admission form entry.
Information regarding commencement of classes and student uniforms
For the purpose of admission to Class XI in the academic year 2025-26, except EQ and FFQ quota students who have been finally selected in Adamjee Cantonment College and have completed verification, they are asked to collect the uniform cloth from the college canteen and prepare it from any tailors as per the prescribed pattern of the college by 14-09-2025. Classes will start from 15-09-2025. No student can participate in class without uniform. Students selected in EQ and FFQ quota should come to the college in person and get the principal’s signature after verifying and confirming the necessary documents in favor of the quota by the concerned committee and make the college uniform subject to confirmation of admission. Class Commencement: 15th September, 2025 (Monday). College Arrival Time: Morning: 7:45 AM.
Submit the required documents
After the commencement of the class, the following documents should be submitted to the concerned class teacher subject to receipt of notice:
(a) Student’s SSC side original academic transcript and its photocopy.
(b) Photocopy of SSC examination admit card of the student
(c) 02 copies of passport size color photograph of the student wearing college uniform.
(d) 02 passport size color photographs of the student’s father, mother and guardian recently taken.
(e) Photocopy of birth registration certificate of the student.
(f) Photocopy of National Identity Card of the student’s father and mother.
