Admission lottery draw schedule
Respected guardians of students seeking admission are requested to be present at the institution as per the schedule mentioned in the lottery draw ceremony:
- KG class, Bengali medium (internal and external) Time: 09:00 am to 10:20 am.
- KG Class (English Version) Time: 10:20 AM to 11:00 AM
- First Class (Bengali Medium) Time: 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
- First Class (English Version) Time: 11:30 AM to 11:40 AM
- Class 2 to 9 (Bengali Medium) Time: 11:40 AM to 12:30 PM.
- Class 2 to 9 (English Version) Time: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Officer/Employee at Dhaka University
KG to 9th grade (Bangla medium) Internal: In case of children of teachers/officials/employees working at Dhaka University, a photocopy of the ID card with the signature and seal of the Head of Department must be submitted at the time of admission.
Application rules
The guardians have to fill the form online as per the stipulated date and time. The application form cannot be filled after the stipulated date and time. Only the correct and completely filled form will be accepted. The candidate’s recent passport size photograph and the guardian’s photograph have to be uploaded online along with the application form.
Required documents
In case of online application, the candidate’s full name as registered and the full name of the parents as per the certificate must be mentioned. The name/part of the name of the admitted student or his/her parents cannot be changed at any later stage. If any information of the applicant is found to be false/incorrect, his/her lottery result/admission will be cancelled.
Open lottery for admission
Lottery Date and Time: Lottery activities for classes KG to IX (both mediums) will be held in phases from 09:00 AM on 30/11/2025 (Sunday) as per government policies. Students will be selected through open lottery/examination for admission to classes KG to IX (both mediums) as per government policies.
Admission application fee
The online application fee of 200 Taka must be paid through the Online Payment Gateway mentioned in the service charge form.
Admission test admit card
Application form and admission test admit card should be downloaded from the institution’s website ulabscdu.edu.bd from 16/10/2025 and color print copy of the form and color print copy of the admit card should be saved on A4 size offset paper. The original admit card should be submitted along with other documents at the time of admission.
Admission application for multiple classes
No student will be able to apply for admission for more than one class. If they do, they will be considered ineligible for admission. However, only in KG class, they can apply for both Bengali and English medium. No student studying in Bengali medium will be able to apply for admission in the English version. And the admitted student will not be able to change the version later.
