Applications are being invited for admission to the following vacant seats in Udayan Higher Secondary School from class 3 to class 10 in the academic year 2026. The admission process for the new academic year has started at Udayan Higher Secondary School. Deadline for online application
Students will be admitted to a limited number of vacant seats in the English version from class 3 to class 10. Rules for applying online
- On the school website (www.udayan.edu.bd) Click on Online Admission from the Admission menu on the home page.
- The online application form must be filled correctly. Scan a color photograph (length 300 Pixel × width 300 Pixel) of the candidate and parents and upload it to the designated location. The file size of the photograph must not exceed 70 KB. [The photograph file name must be renamed with any Alphabet, no Number/Special Character (i.e. ^, #, etc.) can be given in the file name.
- There will be payment information on the left side, read it carefully and complete the payment.
Application fee
Application fee (300/- 30/- online charge) totaling 330/- (three hundred and thirty taka only) has to be paid online through Sonali payment gateway. It is to be noted that the admit card will not be printed or downloaded until the payment is made. It is further mentioned that the application fee can be paid till 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 06, 2026.
Documents required for admission
- Original copy of online admission application.
- Copy of digital lottery results.
- Original copy of the previous school’s discharge certificate.
- 2 (two) copies of passport size colored photographs of the student (wearing Pabna Government Girls High School dress)
- Online verified copy of birth certificate.
- Photocopy of parents’ NID cards.
- In case of winning students in different quotas, they must bring the original and photocopies of the necessary papers/documents in support of the quota.
Detailed information regarding applicants’ exams
The written test will be held on Bengali, English and Mathematics based on the syllabus of the applicants’ previous class. The exam schedule is Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM. The admit card and downloaded application form must be carried on the day of the exam.
