TMSS is a national level non-governmental development organization. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates with a desire to work in any branch of TMSS nationwide in the HEM-Operation Domain loan program managed by the Health Education & Microfinance Grand Sector of this organization for the following positions, subject to fulfillment of the conditions.

| Branch Accountant cum Computer Operator SR-TMSS

Must be proficient in computer operation with a Master’s degree in any subject. Preference will be given to those with a Master’s degree in Commerce.
Age: 18-35 years. Age relaxation up to 40 years for experienced candidates. |
The training period is 06 months. During that period, the salary and allowance is 20,000/-. After the training, the appointment will be made according to the MFI-TMSS scale, subject to evaluation, in this case, the salary and allowance is a total of 32,880/-. |

Graduate/equivalent. Candidates with a postgraduate degree will be given preference. Age: 18-35 years. | Assistant Field Supervisor SR-TMSS 22nd Grade Number of Posts-500 Workplace: Any branch of TMSS spread across the country | HSC/equivalent. Age: 18-35 years. Preference will be given to those with a motorcycle and driving license. | The training period is 06 months. During that period, the salary and allowance will be 13,000/-. After the training, the appointment will be made according to the MFI-TMSS scale, subject to evaluation, in this case, the salary and allowance will be 27,810/- in total. |
| If they have at least 01 year of experience in the same work in a first-tier microfinance institution under PKSF, they will be given 03 months as trainee workers and later will be made permanent subject to evaluation. | (For Islamic branches) Investment Officer SR-TMSS 21st Grade Number of Posts-200 Workplace: Any branch of TMSS spread across the country | Graduate/Fazil/Postgraduate/Kamil. Candidates with Postgraduate/Kamil will be given preference.
Age: 18-35 years. Preference will be given to those who have a motorcycle and driving license. Must have basic knowledge of the basics of Islam, be a follower of Islamic ideals and be a non-smoker. |
The recruitment training period is 06 months as per MFI-TMSS scale subject to subsequent evaluation. During that period, salary and allowance will be 15,000/-. Training will be provided, in this case, the salary and allowance will be 32,445/- in total. |

Candidates with experience should attach their employment letter/experience certificate/last month’s salary slip as proof of application. Preference will be given to those who have completed a 3/6 month diploma in microfinance course approved by the government and residents of any district of Bangladesh can apply. If you have 02 years or more experience in your own position in a first-tier microfinance institution affiliated to PKSF in the above-mentioned position, there is an opportunity to determine the salary and allowances subject to negotiation.

Recruitment exam fee for all posts
A receipt of Rs. 300/- for the recruitment examination fee for all posts or an original bank deposit receipt (non-refundable) must be attached with the application.
- The receipt for the examination fee must be collected from any branch, region, zone, domain office, foundation office and head office of the organization by paying a service charge of 10/- Taka. Or
- Deposit money from any scheduled bank under the title “TMSS” only to Rupali Bank PLC, TMSS Branch, Account No. 4168024000016 or Agrani Bank PLC, Shibati Branch, Account No. 0200005397107 or Sonali Bank PLC, College Road Branch, Account No. 0609802000403 and attach the original receipt of deposit with the application, otherwise the application will be considered rejected.
Salary structure of employees
The recruited employees/officials will be given permanent employment based on performance evaluation at the end of the training period and after receiving permanent employment, they will be provided with 03 festival allowances, city allowance, fuel bill, mobile bill, life insurance and other benefits as per the rules of the organization. There are also other benefits including credit allowance, load allowance, banker allowance, high performance bonus.
After completing 3 months of the 6 months of training, if they are given responsibility, they will be entitled to credit allowance, fuel bill and mobile bill of their respective posts as per the rules of the organization. Employees/officials will be given gratuity benefits equivalent to 01 basic salary on completion of 05 years of satisfactory service, 02 on completion of 10 years, 03 on completion of 15 years and 04 on completion of 20 years.
Detailed information about the recruitment
- The date, time and venue of the recruitment test will be communicated later through SMS/mobile phone call (for this, an active mobile number must be mentioned in the application) and the original certificates of educational qualifications and experience must be brought along while participating in the recruitment test.
- Those who have previously been dismissed from TMSS employment must mention their TMSS work experience when applying. However, employees who have been dismissed by TMSS are not required to apply.
- No TA/DA will be provided for participating in the recruitment examination.
- Selected candidates will be required to pay a security deposit (refundable with dividends) as determined by the organization at the time of joining.
- The authority reserves the right to reject the application without any reason or explanation.
