2. Minimum Eligibility to appear in Entrance Test:
(a) The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
(b) The applicant must have passed the HSC/equivalent examination held in the year 2023 or 2024 from any Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education/Madrasa Education Board/Technical Education Board in Bangladesh with a GPA of at least 4.00 on a scale of 5.00 in the grading system or an equivalent grade in the equivalent examination from a foreign board of education.
(c) The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 8 (including 4th subject) obtained in the Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations in the science department.
(d) The applicant should have at least 14.00 aggregate grade points in the above subjects with a minimum of 3.00 grade points in Mathematics, Physical Science, Chemistry and English separately in HSC examination.
(e) Applicants who passed GCE ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level must have passed the GCE ‘O’ Level Examination held on or after November, 2022 with an average of 4 in at least 5 papers and at least 4 grades in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in GCE ‘A’ Level Examination. 1500 (one thousand five hundred) cash should be paid to Director (Education) of Textile Department for obtaining Equivalence Certificate. Then the applicant should apply with the attested copy of ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level examination registration card, mark sheet and certificate to the Director General, Directorate of Textiles by 10/03/2025 AD.
3. Reserved Seats:
Quota and reserved seat candidates will have to appear in the entrance test as usual and selection will be based on merit. A total of 03 seats will be reserved in each college including 02 in Freedom Fighter Quota and 01 in Minor Ethnic Group quota in addition to the allotted seats. If qualified in the admission test for the reserved seats, the minority candidates must show the minority minority certificate from the competent authority and the original certificate issued as per the government rules in the case of freedom fighter quota and submit the attested copy. Candidates for reserved seats will also have to appear in the entrance test as usual and selection will be based on merit. The seats will remain vacant if suitable candidates are not found in the said quotas.
Special Instructions:
(a) Freedom fighter quota shall be applicable only to children of freedom fighters.
4. Application Fee:
Interested applicants can apply by paying a fee of Rs.1000/- (one thousand).
5. Admission Application Process:
- Candidates who wish to participate in the exam will fill the application form on http://dot.teletalk.com.bd website.
(1) Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time: 17862025 AD, 10:00 AM.
(ii) Last date and time for submission of online application form: 31/0332025 AD, 12:00 PM.
Applicants who have received the User ID within the said period will submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
(iii) Applicants shall mention the college preference and examination center in the online application form.
- In the online application form, scan the candidate’s color photo (length x text) 300 x 300 pixels and signature (length x width) 300 x 80 pixels and upload it to the designated place. The size of the photo should not be more than 100 KB and the size of the signature should not be more than 60 KB.
- The information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, so the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
- Candidates will keep the print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related requirements.
- Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:
After completing the online application form and submitting the application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get 1 Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature. Candidates should download or print the Applicant’s Copy and save it. A User ID number will be provided on the Applicant’s Copy.
Using the User ID, the candidate will deposit the application fee of Rs.1000/- (one thousand) within 72 hours by SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid mobile number in the following manner.
It should be noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the application fee is submitted.

- After submitting the application fee, the candidate can download the admit card containing information such as roll number, photo, exam date, time and venue name etc. from 29/04/2025 AD 10:00 am to 09/05/2025 AD till 12:00 pm using User ID and Password. Candidates must produce this admit card while appearing in the written test.

6. The admission test will be held as per the below rules:
(a) Subjects and Marks of Examination:
Mathematics 60, Physics 60, Chemistry 60, English 20. Total 200 marks.
(b) Scheduled Higher Secondary Examinations to be conducted by Boards of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in 2024
Admission test will be conducted as per syllabus.
(c) Admission test will be conducted in MCQ mode.
(d) There will be 100 questions in the question paper, each question will carry 2 marks, the total duration of the examination will be 1 hour and 20 minutes.
(6) 0.50 (zero decimal five) marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
(f) Candidates should fill in the answer sheet (OMR sheet) with black ink ball pen. The respective fields with the roll number of the admission test should be filled in English. The answer sheet will be considered invalid if pencil is used.
(g) No calculator, electronic device, watch, pen with device, mobile or other devices shall be kept and used during the admission test.
(h) If any candidate indulges in malpractice in the admission test, his examination shall be deemed cancelled.
7. Selection of candidates and preparation of results:
The merit list will be determined centrally based on the marks obtained in the admission test. College wise merit list and waiting list of candidates selected for admission will be published as per the merit and preference order of the candidate. Subject to the availability of seats, admission will be made from the waiting list. Admitted students will have the opportunity to change college (migration) later according to the order of merit and preference.

10. Things to be done by the candidate:
- a) The order of preference of the college mentioned in the application will be considered as final for the candidates seeking admission in Level-1, Term-1 in the academic year 2024-2025 for the purpose of applying to Telot.
- b) Downloaded Admit Card must be brought along and saved for future proceedings to appear in the Admission Test.
- c) Black ink ball pen should be used to fill all the sections and circles in the OMR sheet.
- d) You cannot bring pencils, books, bags, calculators, mobile phones, watches or any kind of communication devices.
6) At least 45 minutes prior to the day of admission test at the center and 30 minutes prior to the examination hall. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
- f) Question paper and OMR sheet to be submitted to the examiner.
- g) Enter the examination hall by following all the instructions mentioned in the admit card.
