Higher Secondary School will be available in the school office from 20 24/09/2025 during 09:00 am to 01:00 pm. The parent/Guardian of the applicant may collect the form (Bengali or English version) from the booth as stated above. One candidate can collect only one form. Gates close at 12:30 pm. The parent/guardian must present the evidence (not electronic) of studying in class two progress report or a money receipt of paying fees.
Eligibility for applying for admission in class
National Curriculum: Students studying in class 2 in 2025, aged 8 (between ±7.5 to 8.5 years) on 01 January 2026, are eligible to apply.
Foreign Curriculum: Students of the English medium curriculum (July to June session), studying in class 2 or 3 in the 2025-2026 academic year, and the age limit is the same.
Procedure for collecting application forms
Pay tk. 1000/- (exact amount and non-refundable). Provide the evidence of studying in class 2- the progress report or tuition fees receipt of class 2, 2025, in the booth, and the same document must be attached to the form during submission. St. Joseph Higher Secondary School Admission Circular 2026
Submission of the application form and candidature verification
The form must be filled out with correct and valid information and signed by the parents. The student must come to submit the form in person for verification in front of an admin officer on the date and time specified in the form with the following documents.
- Properly filled in the form and two recent passport-size photos attached with glue on the form;
- Progress report and tuition fees receipt of class 2, 2025, and a copy of the verified electronic birth certificate.
- Ballpoint pen, pencil, and eraser.
- Smartwatch or device is not allowed.
- After verification, an admit card will be issued to the eligible candidates.
Written test and mark distribution
- Tentative dates of written Admission Assessment Activities: 07 Nov. 2025, (Fri);
- Areas of assessment: Bengali, English, Mathematics (class 2 standard syllabi, seen and unseen);
- Time: 08:30 am, and the reporting time is 08:00 am. Duration of assessments: 1.5 hours.
- The date and time slot admission test will be stated on the admit card.
