SSC Practical exam Routine

Special instructions
- Candidates must be seated in the examination room 30 (thirty) minutes before the start of the examination.
- The exam must be taken according to the time mentioned on the question paper.
- The multiple choice test will be held first and then the creative/compositional (theoretical) test, and there will be no break between the two tests.
- Candidates will collect their admit cards from the head of their respective institutions at least three days before the examination date.
- Physical Education, Health Science and Sports and Career Education subjects are obtained through continuous assessment as per the guidelines of the National Teachers and Textbook Board.
- The educational institutions will provide the marks to the concerned center. The concerned center will send the marks obtained in the continuous assessment along with the practical exam marks online to the board’s website.
- Candidates should fill in the blanks on the OMR form of their respective answer sheets by writing their examination roll number, registration number, subject code, etc. The answer sheets should not be folded under any circumstances.
- The candidate will have to pass the creative/verbal (theoretical), multiple choice and practical sections separately.
- Each candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination only in the subject/subjects mentioned in the registration form. Under no circumstances will he be allowed to appear for the examination in a different subject.
- The admit cards must be distributed to the candidates at least 7 days before the commencement of the examination. The head of the institution will be responsible for any complications arising in this regard.
- Candidates will be able to use calculators approved by the Education Board in the examination
- No person/examiner other than the Center Secretary will be allowed to bring and use a mobile phone in the examination center.
- The same attendance sheet must be used for the candidate’s attendance in the creative/compositional (theoretical), multiple choice and practical examinations
- Practical exams will be held at their respective centers
- An online application for re-evaluation must be submitted within 37 (seven) days of the publication of the examination results. The application process, date and time will be notified through notifications in daily newspapers and on the websites of the education boards.
