OnlineApplication Deadline
- Starting date for filling out the application form online and submitting the application fee: 21/11/2025 AD at 11:00 am.
- Last date for online application: 05/12/2025 AD 5:00 PM.
- Within the said period, candidates will get User ID by submitting the application form online. Using the received User ID, they can submit the application fee through SMS from Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile Number.
- The last date for submission of application forms is 05/12/2025 AD. Only students who have received User ID by 5:00 PM can submit the application fee till 05/12/2025 midnight.
Rules for filling out the Web Application Form
- You can browse the website http://gsa.teletalk.com.bd to fill out and submit the application form.
- The candidate will fill all the details as per the instructions in the online application form. Candidates who will apply for different quotas must put a (✔) mark in the quota box. Otherwise, the quota will not be considered.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his/her color photograph (length 300 x width 300 pixels) and upload it in JPEG format to the designated location.
- After completing the online application form and submitting it as per the instructions, the application preview with the picture will be visible on the computer. After submitting the application form correctly, the candidate will receive a User ID and Applicant’s copy with the picture.
- The candidate should keep a print or downloaded copy of the application form filled online as a reference for any admission related needs.
- Since the selected information provided in the online application form will be used in all subsequent processes, the candidate himself/herself/the candidate’s parents should be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information provided before submitting the application.
Rules for payment of application fee through SMS
- Using the User ID number obtained in the Applicant’s copy, the candidate will deposit the application fee of Tk. 110/- for each application by sending 02 (two) SMS from any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner.
- First SMS: GSA<space>User ID (from Web Application) should be written and sent to 16222.
- Example:Type GSA<space>ABCDEF and send it to 16222. The return SMS will contain a PIN number along with the student’s name. Use this to send the second SMS.
- Second SMS:Type GSA<space>YES<space>PIN (received from the first SMS) and send to 16222.
- Example:Type GSA<space>yes>space>123456 and send it to 16222.
Special note
- It is especially important to note here that even if all parts of the application form are filled out and submitted online, the online application will not be accepted under any circumstances until the admission application fee is submitted.
- Since all communication regarding admission will be made on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, it is advisable to keep the said number active at all times and follow the instructions received via SMS immediately.
- Digital lottery and results of private educational institutions: will be held as per the date announced by the Ministry of Education
