It is hereby informed for the information of all that as per the government policy, students will be admitted to the morning and day branches of the nursery class in the upcoming academic year 2026 through lottery for vacant seats. The guardians of the students seeking admission should complete the admission process by following the instructions given below:

Application age limit
Must be between 4 years of age and 5 years of age (date of birth between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021) on 1 January 2026.
Admission Category
- Children of military members (active and retired) and those employed in the defense sector (serving officers and employees).
- Children of civilians and other individuals.
Online application and admit card
You can apply for nursery admission from 01 October 2025 to 20 November 2025 (05:00 PM) by clicking on Nursery Admission on the website www.sagc.edu.bd. It is to be noted that no manual admission forms will be distributed within the institution.

Interview date
Interview Date: 02, 03 and 04 December 2025. The candidates seeking admission will be called for an interview to verify the authenticity of all the information including the admit card, birth registration, category (certificate issued by the unit in case of those employed in the military and defense sector and attested photocopy of pension/exemption book in case of retirees). If any discrepancy is observed in the information, the candidate will be considered ineligible for admission. It is to be noted that the parents will be present with the student during the interview. Applications that have not completed the interview will be considered ineligible for the lottery. The schedule of the lottery interview will be published through SMS and on the college website.
Lottery date
The lottery date and schedule will be held online on December 9, 10, and 11, 2025. The lottery process and time will be published on the website later.

Admission date and schedule: Morning (Bengali and English medium): December 14, 2025 and Day (Bengali medium): December 15, 2025. Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Documents required for admission
The documents required to attend this institution and complete the admission process are as follows:
- Two copies of a recent color photograph of the student.
- Downloaded admit card.
- Birth registration copy as per the date of birth mentioned in the application form.
- Photocopy of the student’s blood group report.
- Photocopy of parents’ national identity cards.
- If the parents are in military service, a certificate from the unit.
- Photocopy of the military retiree’s Khalasi book, certified by the military.
- Certificate from the unit of the officer or employee working on a salary in the defense sector.
- The institution authorities will not be responsible for any complications arising in the admission process if the above information is not presented at the time of admission.
