For application in the children’s category, the minimum age should be 05 years (31/12/2025) and 05+ years (01/01/2026). The age limit for application in the children’s category will be applicable continuously.

Detailed information regarding the lottery

• Interview for children and first grade students: Selection will be made through lottery on 02/12/2025 at 10:00 AM and after the interview phase. (Candidates who do not participate in the interview will not be considered for the lottery.
• Students only need to bring the admit card during the interview; there is no need to bring any other documents.
• Children and First Class Lottery Date: 03/12/2025 Time: 10:00 AM. If anyone is present in front of the guardian. The lottery will be held in the hall room.
• The results of the children and 1st grade lottery will be published on the Ghatika School website on 04/12/2025 at 02:00 PM.
• Selection will be made through an admission test for classes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Questions will be asked from the text books of the previous class.

Detailed information regarding admission

• The admission test for second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth classes will be held on 10/12/2025 at 11:00 AM. *** In the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth admission tests, students will only need to bring the admit card. There is no need to bring any other documents.
• The results of the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade admission tests will be published on the Ghatika School website at 02:00 PM on 11/12/2025. Due to insufficient seats, a limited number of students will be admitted.
• If there are vacancies for classes 7 to 9, including girls in class 6, after the results of the annual examination-2025 are published, there is a possibility of issuing admission notices in January 2026. Interested candidates should keep an eye on the school website (www.sbbrcs.edu.bd).

Enrollment in military quota

Selected by lottery for admission

Students selected in the lottery for admission in the 2026 academic year and who pass the admission test will have to submit the following photocopies of documents along with the online application form. Children and 1st class submission time (04/12/2025 to 08/12/2025) between 10:00 am and 02:00 pm Second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth classes submission time: (14/12/2025 to 16/12/2025) between 10:00 am and 02:00 pm.
