Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF) is a national level non-governmental organization. Since 1982, it has been conducting various developmental programs for the development of the poor, one of which is loan activities. Registered with the Department of Social Services, licensed by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority and operated with the financial support of the Rural Karma-Sahayak Foundation and commercial banks, the loan activities are being invited online for the recruitment of manpower to implement its activities in various districts of Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal and Mymensingh divisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise field level members and assist in achieving targets.
- Working on formulating or implementing annual targets, budgets and plans.
- Playing a strategic role in member selection.
- Being able to operate a computer.
- Must have skills in effective and good communication management with members.
- Must have the skills to conduct meetings and seminars.
- Must work according to the branch manager’s instructions and company policies.
Salary and allowances
- Salary during apprenticeship: 28,800/- Taka.
- Salary after permanentization is 31,922/- Taka.
- Along with the mentioned salary and allowances, performance allowance, incentive, city allowance and distance allowance will be provided as per the policy.
The opportunities
- Candidates for all posts will be provided with TA and DA as per the policy in addition to their monthly salary.
- Staff contributory provident fund, gratuity, annual increment, festival allowance, Baisakhi allowance (30% of basic salary) will be provided as per the organization’s policy.
- City allowance will be received at the specified rate of basic salary: 40% in Dhaka, Mymensingh and Gazipur City Corporation areas, 30% in Noakhali, Comilla, Feni, Lakshmipur and all branches of Chittagong districts, and 25% in Rajshahi and Khulna City Corporation areas.

- You will have to serve as an apprentice for 6 months.

- Before joining the job, a specified cash (refundable) security deposit and a guarantee as per the requirements of the organization must be provided. The father/responsible person must enter into an agreement with the organization as a guarantor.

Application Rules
After screening the applications received online, the selected candidates will have to appear at the examination center along with a handwritten application letter, CV (mobile number and national identity card number are required) addressed to the Executive Director, Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF), RRF Bhaban, C&B Road, Karbala, Jessore-7400 along with two recent passport size photographs, attested copies of all examination certificates, experience certificates, citizenship certificates, photocopies of national identity cards and references from two eminent persons who are not related to them. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Any inducement will invalidate the eligibility of the candidate and RIF reserves all rights to finalize/cancel the application.
