Resource Integration Center (RIC) is a national level non-governmental development organization. The organization is certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) (Certificate Number 00349-01375-00167). Currently, applications are being invited from interested candidates for the recruitment of manpower on an urgent basis in order to expand the activities of the organization in various work areas throughout Bangladesh:

- Must be employed in microfinance activities for all positions
- Applicants must have the mindset to work in the organization’s field work area anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Applicants must have a valid driving license to ride a motorcycle. It is noted that the hired male/female employee must be able to ride a motorcycle.
Basic job benefits
At the end of the apprenticeship period, the hired person will be made permanent in the job based on performance evaluation and from then on, all the facilities provided by the organization such as: 2 festival allowances, living expenses allowance, risk allowance, lunch allowance, Baisakhi allowance, communication allowance (mobile and internet), provident fund, provident fund loan, gratuity, remote allowance, medical expenses of self and family members as per the employee welfare fund policy, motorcycle soft loan facility immediately after joining the job, mobile loan, mobile SIM, laptop loan, tab and fuel bill etc. will be applicable.
