RDRS is one of the longest-standing and important social welfare organizations in Bangladesh. Established in the 1970s, this organization has been working for a long time to improve the quality of life of the marginalized and poor people of Bangladesh. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi citizens for the following positions in the microfinance program of ‘RDRS Bangladesh’.

The apprenticeship period for all posts is six months. On successful completion of the apprenticeship period, other benefits as per the rules of the organization- Provident Fund, Gratuity, Annual salary increment in line with inflation, 2 festival allowances, Medical assistance, Promotion opportunities, Mobile bill (where applicable) etc. will be provided. The selected candidate will have to deposit (refundable) 35,000/- Taka for post no. 3, 30,000/- Taka for post no. 4 and 20,000/- Taka for post no. 5 (30% at the time of joining and the remaining amount payable in monthly installments from the salary).
