Online applications are invited from Bangladeshi citizens on the prescribed format for filling up the following permanent vacancies in the revenue sector of Bangladesh Railway.. The following conditions must be met when filling out the application form:
- The age of the candidate must be between 18-30 years as on 18/03/2026. However, in the case of children of brave freedom fighters/martyred brave freedom fighters and physically challenged persons, the age limit is relaxable up to a maximum of 32 years as per government rules. It is to be noted that in the case of sons/daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred brave freedom fighters, the age limit is 30 years. Affidavit is not acceptable for proving age.
- Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply through the appropriate authority. The employed candidates must tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form, subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition is not applicable to others. However, all employed candidates must produce the original copy of the no objection clearance issued by the employing authority at the time of the oral examination.
- The government’s existing rules and regulations and quota system for recruitment, and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules and regulations, will be followed.
- At the time of oral examination, one set of attested copies along with the original copies of all certificates must be submitted and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the completed Application Form. In addition, the Chairman of the Union Parishad as proof of permanent residence of the district. The certificate issued by the Mayor of the Municipality/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation, the original copy of the National Identity Card and if the applicant is the son or daughter of a heroic freedom fighter, the original copy of the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation/Mayor/Councilor of the Municipality stating that the applicant is the son or daughter of a heroic freedom fighter/martyred heroic freedom fighter or the son or daughter of a
- If the candidate is a pet of a railway employee (pet means the child and widow of a working or retired (living or deceased) employee who has completed at least 20 (twenty) years of service in a permanent position of Bangladesh Railway), a certificate stating the working or retired (living or deceased) relationship with the applicant, signed by the controlling officer and countersigned by the head of the department, and proof of pet must be submitted.
- The authority reserves the right to increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel/amend the notification.
- The decision of the appointing authority in matters related to recruitment will be considered final.
- No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.
Rules for filling out the application form
- Candidates wishing to participate in the examinationhttp://br.teletalk.com.bdFill out the application form on the website. The application deadline is as follows:
- The starting date and time for filling out the application form and submitting the examination fee online is 18/03/2026 at 09.00 am.
- The last date and time for submitting the application form online is 21/04/2026 at 4:00 PM.
- Candidates who have received User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his/her color photograph (300×300 Pixel) and signature (300 × 80 Pixel) and upload it to the designated location. The size of the photograph should be maximum 100KB and the size of the signature should be maximum 60KB.
- The information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, so the candidate must be 100% sure of the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
- The candidate should keep a printout of the application form filled out online as a reference for any examination-related needs and submit a copy during the oral examination.
SMS sending rules
After filling the online application form properly as instructed and uploading the signature, the application form will be submitted and the application preview with the picture will be visible on the computer. After submitting the application form correctly, the candidate will receive a User ID, picture and an Applicant copy with signature. Payment of examination fees
A User ID number will be given in the Applicant Copy and using the said User ID number, the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and deposit the examination fee of 200/-(two hundred) Taka for Field Kanungo, Guard Grade-2 and Amin and 20/-(twenty-three) Taka for Teletalk service charge for a total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka and the examination fee of 100/- (one hundred) Taka for Pointsman and 12/-(two times) Taka for Teletalk service charge for a total of 112/- (one hundred and twenty times) Taka within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is to be noted that even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the Online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is deposited.

Rules for downloading admit card
The issue of obtaining an admission letter http://br.teletalk.com.bd And the candidate will be informed through SMS on his mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the exam will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is advisable to keep the said number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately. Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will later download the admit card containing information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name and print it (in color if possible). The candidate must show the admit card at the time of participation in the written test and, if passed, at the time of the oral test.

Special Note
During the written examination, candidates will not be allowed to bring mobile phones, chalk-like mobile phones, calculators or any electronic devices, books, bags, wrist watches, pocket watches, electronic watches to the examination center. If any such items are found during the examination, the candidature will be cancelled and the candidate will be expelled and necessary legal action will be taken against him.
