Applications are being invited from permanent citizens of all Upazilas/Education Police Stations of all districts of Rangpur, Barisal, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna and Mymensingh divisions for the temporary appointment of “Assistant Teacher” in the vacant post of Revenue Department in Government Primary Schools under the Department of Primary Education in the following pay scale as per the instructions/conditions mentioned below.

Application Deadline and Rules
Interested candidates must apply online. Application will begin on November 8, 2025 (10:30 AM) and will end on November 21, 2025 (11:59 PM).http://dpe.teletalk.com.bdInstructions for filling the Application Form online can be found by entering the website. If you fill the Application Form online and submit it by following the instructions, a Draft Applicant’s Copy with Unpaid status along with the candidate’s User ID will be generated from the website, which must be printed and the information provided in the application must be verified.
Rules for submitting application fee
Before submitting the application fee, the candidate should read the Draft Applicant’s Copy several times to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. If any mistake is noticed, the application fee cannot be submitted against it and following the condition no. 2 of this notification, the information provided must be verified again by filling the Application Form with correct information and taking a printout of the Draft Applicant’s Copy with the new User ID and Unpaid status. Using the User ID provided against the accurately filled Application Form, within the next 72 hours, following the instructions given in the Draft Applicant’s Copy, the non-refundable application fee of 100.00 (one hundred) Taka and Teletalk’s service charge and VAT of 12.00 (times) Taka, totaling 112.00 (one hundred times) Taka, must be paid through SMS from any Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
Applicant’s User ID and Password
After payment of the application fee, the applicant will be given a User ID along with a Password via SMS on the mobile number provided in the application. After thathttp://dpe.teletalk.com.bdClick on the “Download Applicant’s Copy” tab on the website and submit the User ID and Password received on your mobile to get the Final Applicant’s Copy with Paid status. The color print copy of the Final Applicant’s must be preserved until the end of the recruitment process. The application will be considered final only after the payment of the application fee and there will be no opportunity to correct, add, modify any information in the application or fill the Application Form anew by the same candidate.
Rules for downloading admit card
Later, after finalizing the written examination arrangements, every eligible applicant will be provided with an admit card download link through SMS, using which the applicant can download the exam admit card. If there is a need to recover the User ID and Password, the link can be recovered by entering the candidate’s personal information.
Candidate’s mobile number in the application form
All communication related to the exam will be done on the mobile phone number provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is advisable to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.
Teacher Recruitment Rules
The selected candidate will be appointed to his/her Upazila/Thana as per the process mentioned in the Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Rules, 2025. The candidature of the applicant who is a permanent resident of the Upazila/Thana of Education will be decided in favour of that Upazila/Thana of Education and all the activities related to his/her appointment will be regulated accordingly. All the activities related to appointment will be conducted as per the Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Rules, 2025 and the amendment dated 2 November 2025 to the said rules.
Married female candidates
Married female candidates can apply at either the permanent address of their husband or father in the application. However, the candidature of the candidate mentioned in the application will be considered for that Upazila/Education Police Station.
Application form containing false/false information
Any application containing false/false information/defective/incomplete information will be rejected without assigning any reason. If any information or documents submitted/provided by the candidate are found to be false/false at any stage during the recruitment process or after recruitment, his/her application/selection/appointment will be rejected and legal/administrative action will be taken against him/her for providing false/false information.
Upazila/Education Police Station based recruitment
Recruitment will be done on the basis of Upazila/Education Police Station. The candidate who is a permanent resident of the Upazila/Education Police Station will be considered for appointment to the vacant post of that Upazila/Education Police Station. If the application contains a mistake in his/her district, police station/upazila, his/her candidature will be considered cancelled. The selected candidate will have to work in his/her Upazila/Education Police Station as per the Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Rules, 2025. His/her transfer will be limited to the schools of his/her Upazila/Education Police Station.
Required documents
The candidate selected/nominated for the oral examination based on the results of the written examination will have to submit the following attested documents to the concerned District Primary Education Office:
(a) Photocopy of the application submitted online and 2 (two) passport size photographs.
(b) All types of original/temporary certificates related to educational qualifications.
(c) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad/Mayor of the Municipality/Councilor of the City Corporation.
(d) Copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration.
(e) Attested photocopy of the written examination admit card.
(f) In the case of candidates applying under the freedom fighter quota, a certified copy of the freedom fighter certificate of the children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and brave warriors issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs as per the latest decision of the government.
(g) Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of physically disabled and third gender candidates.
(h) In the case of candidates from minority ethnic groups, a certificate of minority ethnic identity issued by the concerned Upazila Executive Officer and, in the case of City Corporation areas, by the Deputy Commissioner.
Attestation of candidate’s certificate and photo
The candidate’s certificate and photograph must have a seal with the name below the signature of the officer (a gazetted officer of grade 9 or above) who verifies the certificate and photograph.
