Application service charge: Immediately after filling the application form, the eligible candidate will receive a User ID. Candidate’s signature on the application form:The candidate’s signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 x width 300 pixels) in the online application form must be scanned and uploaded to the designated location;
Submit application form:The information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, so the candidate must be 100% sure of the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online;
A color printout of the application form:The candidate should keep a color print copy of the application form filled online as a reference for any examination-related needs.

Selection Procedure and Preliminary Screening
From among the candidates who apply online, a certain number of eligible candidates will be selected for Physical Endurance Test (PET) along with physical size and document verification through preliminary screening as per the prescribed recruitment rules. Selection related information will be sent to the mobile number mentioned in the application form of the selected candidates through SMS. In this case, the mobile number given by the candidate in the application form must be kept active at all times and the instructions must be followed immediately including reading the SMS. The selected candidates will be able to use the User ID and Password sent in the SMS http://police.teletalk.com.bd Download the Admit Card for Physical Endurance Test containing information such as serial number, post name, photograph, exam date, time and venue/center name, etc. entered on the website and print 02 copies;
Document Verification and Physical Endurance Test
Candidates selected in the preliminary screening will have to participate in physical measurements, document verification and Physical Endurance Test (Running, Push-up, Long-jump, High-jump, Dragging, Rope Climbing) on the date, time and place mentioned in the notification. A video related to Physical Endurance Test (PET) has been uploaded on Bangladesh Police’s Official Channel on YouTube, Bangladesh Police’s Verified Facebook Page and Bangladesh Police Website http://www.police.gov.bd. Interested candidates can prepare by watching the video;
Written test
Candidates who have passed the Physical Size, Document Verification and Physical Endurance Test will have to appear for a written test of 45 marks on Bengali, English, General Mathematics and General Science on the date mentioned in the notification. In this case, the candidates who have passed the Physical Size, Document Verification and Physical Endurance Test should follow the following steps from any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 48 hours of the publication of the results: Collect the written test admit card by depositing 120/- (One Hundred and Twenty Taka) as written test fee. After passing the Physical Size, Document Verification and Physical Endurance Test, 2 SMS should be sent from the Teletalk prepaid mobile number which has at least 120/- (One Hundred and Twenty Taka) balance;

Psychological and verbal tests
Candidates who have passed the written examination will be required to appear at the Police Lines in their respective district (of which they are permanent residents) on the date and time mentioned in the notification along with the following documents for verification of physical size, documents and Physical Endurance Test (PET) of the candidates selected through preliminary screening on the date and time mentioned in the notification:
- Admit Card for Physical Endurance Test: Downloaded printed copy of Admit Card for Physical Endurance Test (2 copies);
- Educational Qualification Certificate: Original copy of educational qualification certificate/temporary certificate;
- Character Certificate: Original copy of character certificate issued by the head of the last educational institution;
- Citizenship Certificate: Original copy of permanent citizenship certificate from the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Mayor of the City Corporation/Mayor of the Municipality/Ward Councilor (as applicable) as proof of permanent residence/nationality of the district;
- Guardian’s consent letter: Consent letter provided by the legal guardian (as per the sample provided on the police website);
- National Identity Card: Original copy of the candidate’s national identity card (if the candidate does not have a national identity card, then the original copy of the candidate’s parent’s national identity card);
- Photo: 3 (three) copies of recent passport size color photographs attested by a government gazetted officer;
- In case of children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and brave women, proof: If the name of the freedom fighter is in the Red Freedom Letter, then a certified copy of the Red Freedom Letter/If the name of the freedom fighter is in the Indian List, then a certified copy of the Indian List/Original copy of the gazette issued in the name of the freedom fighter;
