Palli Mangal Karmashuchi (PMK) is a national level well-established non-governmental organization certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), whose MRA certificate number is 00862-00387-00312. The organization was established in 1988 and is currently implementing microfinance programs through 361 branches in 36 districts of the country and the expansion of the program is ongoing. At present, the number of beneficiary members of the organization is about 3.50 lakh and so far about 18 thousand crore taka loans have been disbursed. The organization is ranked 12th among the 678 NGOs/MFIs working in Bangladesh. Apart from microfinance, the organization is implementing education, community-based health services, cultural and sports and various development programs. The ‘PMK Nursing College’ and the 50-bed PMK Hospital and Diagnostic Center established by the organization are one of the most renowned institutions in health education and health services. The following positions will be recruited to work on the financial inclusion program in the organization.

Other benefits and terms and conditions
- The selected candidates will be given 05 (five) days of theoretical and practical training before joining the job and will be provided with a post-training certificate. Training fee of 5,000/- (five thousand) Taka will be deposited with the organization on the day of commencement of training and all expenses related to training will be borne by the organization. 2.
2. After the training, the selected candidates will be appointed as temporary/intern for 06 (six) months. Subject to evaluation at the end of the temporary/internship period, regular salary structure will be included, along with PF, gratuity, 2 festival bonuses per year, half of the basic salary as Baisakhi allowance, cashing of unexpired leave scheduled at the end of the year, and annual increment at the rate of 10% per year.
- As per the rules of the organization, motorcycle fuel and repair bills, free single accommodation facility for male employees in the work area, housing allowance for female employees, weekly leave of 02 (Friday and Saturday) days, and distance allowance for commuting 03 times a year for those recruited in Chittagong district and other benefits will be provided.
- The finally selected candidates must guarantee to work in the organization for at least 06 (six) months.

- To participate in the examination, a registration fee of 200 (two hundred) Taka (non-refundable) must be paid in cash.
- At the time of joining the job, all original certificates, original copies of national identity cards must be shown and a security deposit at the rate determined by the organization (equivalent to the total salary) must be deposited, which is refundable with interest at the end of the job as per the rules of the organization.
