Age of students for application
- Student Age: According to the National Education Policy-2010, the age of the student in Grade 1 must be 6+.
- The minimum age of the student on January 1 of the academic year will be 5 years and the maximum age on December 31 will be 7 years.
- For example: For admission in the 2026 academic year, the minimum age limit for a student will be up to 01 January 2021 and the maximum age limit will be up to 07 years (i.e., date of birth up to 31 December 2018).
- The age determination in subsequent classes will be consistently applicable to students admitted to the first class.
- To determine the student’s age, a certified copy of the online birth registration certificate must be submitted along with the admission application form.
- A maximum of 05 (five) additional years may be given in determining the age of students with special needs.
Documents required for admission
- Attested photocopy of the student’s online birth registration certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
- You cannot apply more than once for the same shift and same class at the same school.
- Attested photocopies of the student’s parents’ national identity cards must be submitted at the time of admission.
