For the information of respected guardians and dear students, it is hereby informed that admission application forms will be distributed in Cantonment Board High School for the academic year 2026 from kindergarten to ninth grade in the context of the following regulations against a receipt of 200/- (two hundred) taka through the school’s printed form. Application form acceptance Application rules
- Military/Defense/Retired and Civilian Officers-Employees can collect admission forms for Infants, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th classes upon presentation of original birth certificates of their children. Civilians will only be able to admit their children against the limited vacant seats in the above classes.
- Age as on 01/01/2026 AD should be 5+ for children, 6+ for 1st class, 7+ for 2nd class, 9+ for 4th class, 10+ for 5th class, 11+ for 6th class, 12+ for 7th class and 14 years for 9th class respectively. (As per birth certificate)
- Application forms will be distributed daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Admission forms can be obtained from the school’s guardian shed and the staff in charge.
- For retired military members, a photocopy of the Khalasi book must be presented when collecting the admission form.
Application form submission and further rules
- For Military and Defense: While submitting the filled admission application form, the original copy of the certificate issued by the head of the concerned unit/organization must be attached with the application form. The application form will not be accepted without the original copy.
- The completed application form must be accompanied by a certified photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate, the original receipt of receipt of the form, and 02 (two) passport-sized colored photographs.

- Admission form distribution and submission: From Sunday, 02/11/2025 to Sunday, 30/11/2025.
- Admission form verification: Monday, 01/12/2025 and Tuesday, 02/12/2025.
- Interview for admission (Children and 1st grade): 04/12/2025 and 07/12/2025 Sunday, 10.00 am.
- Publication of the list of selected candidates (Children and 1st grade): 08/12/2025, Monday, 10.00 am.
- Lottery for selected candidates (Children and 1st grade): Tuesday, 10/12/2025, 10:00 AM (venue Auditorium).
- Admission Test (2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th Class): Wednesday, 11/12/2025 AD. 10.00 AM.
- Result Publication: Sunday, 14/12/2025 AD. 10.00 AM.
- Admission process: From Monday, 15/12/2025 AD to Monday, 29/12/2025 AD.
- Class starts: Thursday, 01/01/2026.
Documents required for admission
- Photocopy of birth certificate (digital).
- 02 copies of passport size photographs of the student.
- Certificate from the relevant unit for children of members serving in the military.
- Retired military personnel photocopies of their Khalasi books for their children.
- Government rules and regulations will be followed in lottery and admissions.
- Parents must be present on time on the day of the lottery.

Special Note
The original copy of the registration certificate must be presented by the student seeking admission at the time of collecting the admission form and submitting the filled admission form. If admission is not taken within the stipulated time, the admission selection will be considered cancelled and the vacant seats will be filled from the waiting list.
