All the students selected for admission in 1st, 6th and 9th classes in Motijheel Government Boys High School for the academic year 2026, including all the concerned, are hereby informed that they have to collect admission forms, verify certificates in favor of quota and complete other admission work as per the following schedule. Detailed information regarding online admission
- The admission form fee is 100.00 (one hundred) taka.

- Starting date for filling out the application form online and submitting the application fee: 21/11/2025 at 11:00 AM
- Last date for submission of online application form: 05/12/2025 05:00 PM.
- Student Age: For admission to class 6, the minimum date of birth of a student will be up to January 1, 2016 and the maximum date of birth will be up to December 31, 2013. In the case of students with special needs, an additional benefit of up to 5 years can be given in determining the age.
- A student will have the opportunity to choose both shifts as preferences in one application.
QuotaAdmission deadline
Date and time of quota certificate verification and form distribution: 14/12/2025 AD. Morning: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Day: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At the time of quota certificate verification, the student must be present with the admission application form and lottery result copy (downloaded). Documents required for admission
- 2 copies of recently taken passport size color photographs (one copy should be pasted in the designated place on the admission form).
- Certified photocopy of birth registration certificate (Photo copy)
- In the case of quota, a certified photocopy of the relevant quota support certificate.
- Applicant’s copy of the admission application and original copy of the discharge certificate from the previous school for grades 6 and 9.
- For 6th grade, 5th grade passing result card/certificate/praise.
- For 9th grade, 8th grade passing result card/certificate/praise.
- Additional charges for admission of siblings/twins:
- Both the student and the sibling seeking admission under the sibling/twin quota must be present in person.
- Certified photocopy of the student’s birth certificate, school ID card, and latest result card.
- Photocopy of the national identity cards of the father and mother.

Subject to the availability of seats, the next list will be published on 21/12/2025 at 5:00 PM by nominating students in order of merit from the original 1st waiting list. Admission forms will be distributed and admission will be made.
Special Note
- Original copies of relevant documents must be presented at the time of admission.
- Under no circumstances will the applicant be able to change shifts.
- If an applicant changes their information and applies more than once, their admission will be considered canceled.
- You will have to pay 20 (twenty) taka for the admission form.
