Distribution of admission forms for PG class 2026:From September 1, 2025 to October 30, 2025
Method of collecting forms:Direct form collection: Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC, Mohammadpur Branch.Collect forms online: onlineadmission.mpsc.edu.bd
EducationApplicant’s qualifications:Age should be between 4 and 5 years as on 1 January 2026 (if the candidate is outside this age range, the admission form will not be submitted)
Rules for applying online
The form along with two copies of receipts should be collected from Dutch Bangla Bank PLC, Mohammadpur Branch by depositing 300/- (three hundred taka) between 01.09.2025 and 30.10.2025. Online onlineadmission.mpsc.edu.bd or mpsc.edu.bdYou can create a profile by going to online admission and depositing 305/- taka in bKash and print and collect the admission form. A guardian can collect the application form for the student through any of the methods (online/bank).
Rules for submitting application forms
The form should be collected from the bank and the filled form should be submitted to the Pre-School Branch 73/C, Asad Avenue, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. The parents/guardians should submit the admission form to the Pre-Primary Branch of the school within three (3) working days from the date of collection. The form obtained online should be printed and submitted to the Pre-School Branch along with the necessary documents by 30/10/2025. Those who collect the form on the last day should submit the form on that day.

- 2 copies of passport size color photos of the student
- Money receipt from Dutch-Bangla Bank
- A certified copy of birth registration, birth certificate from City Corporation/Union Parishad/Municipality is required.
