For the information of the students and parents selected by the Board of Education for the 11th class in the academic year 2025-26 in the Mirpur Cantonment Public School and College, it is being informed that the admission process for the 11th class will be conducted completely online. The following instructions are given to the students finally selected by the Board of Education for admission to this college. Mirpur Cantonment Public School and College Admission 2025-26:
Guidelines for Selected Students in Quota
- The following students should submit the necessary documents to the administrative office between 07 September 2025 to 08 September 2025 during office hours between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. After completing the verification, the online (https://mcpsc.edu.bd) admission process should be completed from 08 September 2025 at 3:00 PM to 10 September 2025 at 11:59 PM.
In case of students selected in Mukti Jodha Quota
(1) In case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters, attested photocopy of gazetted certificate issued by Ministry of Liberation War.
(2) Proof of son/daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter (must be acceptable-eg: online verified birth certificate, certificate issued by concerned organization or individual etc.)
In case of students selected in Education Quota (EO-1).
Certificate issued by the Head of Department in favor of the child of an officer/employee working in the Ministry of Education.
In case of students selected in Education Quota (EO-2).
Certificate issued by the head of department in favor of the children of officers/employees working in 28 departments/organizations specified by the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee.
In case of students selected in Special Quota (SO).
In the case of serving army personnel and civil officers and employees working in army units, the certificate of serving unit captain mentioning the student’s name and age and in the case of retired army members, the certificate/kinder roll/termination certificate issued by the concerned record’s along with the student’s name.
Note: Students who have submitted Special Quota (SQ) documents for verification at the time of application need not undergo further verification. However, those selected from the Special Quota (SQ) list provided by various Cantonment Public Schools and Colleges have to submit the above documents and verify them within the prescribed date and time.
- Selected students without quota will have to complete the admission process online (https://mcpsc.edu.bd) from 08 September 2025 to 03:00 PM to 10 September 2025 11:59 PM.
Documents of admitted students
Admitted students have to submit the following documents to the institution from 09/09/2025 to 11/09/2025:
- Print copy of online admission form and admission fee deposit receipt.
- Photocopy of SSC Registration Card, Admit Card, Academic Transcript and Certificate of Passed from the Institute attested by First Class Gazetted Officer.
- 1 copy of recent passport size colored photograph of student, father and mother.
- Photocopy of online birth registration certificate of the student.
- Photocopy of national identity card of father and mother.
Steps of Online Admission Process
- Click on XI Admission from the institution’s website https://mcpsc.edu.bd and fill all the information of the admission form according to the SSC registration card/admit card.
- After filling the information click on Save and Continue to Payment (admission fee can be paid through Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card & Credit Card) Pay the fee at the following rates: Students have to complete the admission process:

- Print and save the copy of online admission form and admission fee deposit receipt.
- Confirmation SMS will be sent to the provided mobile number if the admission process is completed properly.
- Necessary assistance in payment related matters can be provided from the in-house development representative.
Information regarding commencement of classes and student uniforms
Orientation and class activities of class XI students will start from 15 September 2025. As uniform is compulsory for students to participate in class, uniform must be made within the stipulated time. Uniforms can be procured from contract tailors with institutions to avoid uniform variations and for convenience of students. Students will collect tailored uniforms from the tailor outlet located in the parent waiting room of the institution according to size. It should be noted that as per the instructions given, it is mandatory to wear the uniform prescribed by the institution (photos and details attached).
