Rules for applying online

Apply for the job online from 10:00 AM on 20/11/2025 to 5:00 PM on 15/12/2025.(http://lgd.teletalk.com.bd) can be submitted. No applications will be accepted directly/by post. All applications sent directly or by post will be considered as rejected.

Required documents for the oral exam

• All educational qualification certificates of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable);
• Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman/Administrator of the Union Parishad or the Mayor/Administrator of the Municipality or the Ward Councilor/Regional Executive Officer of the City Corporation or the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board of the Union/Municipality/City Corporation of which the candidate is a resident;
• Attested copies of certificates/certificates issued by the appropriate authority to the candidate in support of all quota claims other than women’s quota as per the latest policy;
• Character certificate issued by the Chairman/Administrator of the Union Parishad or the Mayor/Administrator of the Municipality or the Ward Councilor/Regional Executive Officer of the City Corporation or a First Class Gazetted Officer;
• Certified copy of national identity card;
• Copy of the application form completed online (Applicant’s copy)!
• The government’s latest quota policy will be followed in formulating the final recommendations for the positions/positions mentioned in the advertisement.

Terms and conditions for filling out the online application form

(a) Person willing to participate in the examination http://lgd.teletalk.com.bd You can fill out the application form on this website. The application deadline is as follows:

(i) The starting date and time for filling the application form and submitting the application fee online is 10.00 AM on 20/11/2025.

(ii) The last date and time for submission of application form online is 15/12/2025 at 05.00 PM. Within the said period, candidates with User ID can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of application form online.

(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 width 300 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. The size of the photograph should be maximum 100 KB and the size of the signature should be maximum 60 KB.

((d) The candidate shall keep a print copy of the application form filled in online as a reference for any examination-related needs and shall submit a copy at the time of the oral examination.

SMS sending rules and payment of exam fee

After submitting the application form by uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the Application Preview with the photo will be visible on the computer. The candidate who has submitted the application form correctly will receive an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, photo and signature. The candidate will download the said Applicant’s Copy and print it in color and save it. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner for the examination fee: 200/- (two hundred) Taka for the examination fee for serial numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 in the table mentioned in the recruitment notice, including 23/- (twenty-three) Taka for Teletalk’s service charge (non-refundable) totaling 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka.

For 11th serial number, the examination fee is 150/-(one hundred and fifty) Taka, including Teletalk service charge of 18/-(eight) Taka (non-refundable), totaling 168/-(one hundred and sixty-eight) Taka and for 12th serial, the examination fee is 100/-(one hundred) Taka, including Teletalk service charge of 12/-(twelve) Taka (non-refundable), totaling 112/-(one hundred and twelve) Taka, to be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours through Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile Number. It is specially mentioned here that ‘Even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is deposited’.

Rules for downloading admit card

The issue of obtaining an admission letterhttp://lgd.teletalk.com.bdThe candidates will be informed on the website and through SMS on their mobile phone (only eligible candidates) in due course. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is advisable to keep the said number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.
