Rules for applying online
To fill the admission form online, visit-www.cpscbusms.edu.bd. All the information provided in the application form must be 100% accurate. If any discrepancy is found later with the information provided, the admission may be canceled. After selection, the shift cannot be changed in any way. The following documents must be submitted with the form:
- A copy of the candidate’s recently taken passport size color photograph must be attached to the admission application form.
- Digital Color Copy of Birth Registration Certificate must be submitted. (Original Copy must be brought along)
- Both the father and mother of the candidate must come and must bring the candidate concerned with them.
- For the Catchment Area, a photocopy of the electricity bill for the month of September and the house rental agreement must be submitted.
- A photocopy (color copy) of the vaccination card issued after the candidate’s birth must be submitted.
- Parents’ NIDs must be photocopied on the same page and submitted.
