Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) is a national level non-governmental development organization. The organization has been implementing microfinance programs, education, health and various developmental programs among about 1 million families across the country for a long time for 30 years. Applications are being invited from interested candidates for the recruitment of manpower for the following posts in the ongoing microfinance program of the organization,

Senior Branch Manager

Number of posts: 25. Maximum age: 40 years. Educational qualification: Postgraduate/equivalent/Graduate. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the post of Branch Manager in a loan program in a national level microfinance institution. Monthly salary is a total of 48,609/- Taka (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch and other allowances). In addition, there is an opportunity to get incentives ranging from 24,000/- Taka to 33,000/- Taka on a quarterly basis, subject to achieving the target, and there is a free single accommodation facility.

Senior Field Officer

Number of posts: 100. Maximum age: 35 years. Educational qualification: Graduation/equivalent. Minimum 5 years of practical experience in microfinance programs. Monthly salary: 35,360/- Taka (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch allowance and other allowances). In addition, there is an opportunity to get incentives ranging from 16,000/- Taka to 22,000/- Taka on a quarterly basis and free single accommodation facility, subject to achieving the target.

Field Officer

Number of posts: 400. Maximum age: 35 years. Educational qualification: Graduation/equivalent. 6 months apprenticeship period, monthly salary: 18,000/- Taka. If the apprenticeship period is considered satisfactory on the basis of evaluation, the monthly salary after regularization of the job will be 30,022/- Taka (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch allowance, hardship allowance and other allowances). In addition, there is an opportunity to get incentives ranging from 16,000/- Taka to 22,000/- Taka on a quarterly basis, subject to achieving the target, and there is a free single accommodation facility. In the case of candidates who have at least 1 year of experience working in the relevant position in the microfinance program, the apprenticeship period is relaxable and they will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining.

Junior Field Officer

Number of posts: 100. Age: 25 to 35 years. Educational qualification: HSC or equivalent. Monthly salary: 16,000/- Taka during 6 months of apprenticeship. If the apprenticeship is considered satisfactory on the basis of evaluation, after regularization of the job, a total monthly salary of 28,025/- Taka (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch allowance, hardship allowance and other allowances) will be available. In addition, there is an opportunity to get incentives ranging from 16,000/- Taka to 22,000/- Taka on a quarterly basis subject to achieving the target and free single accommodation facility. In the case of candidates who have at least 2 years of experience working in the relevant position in the microfinance program, the apprenticeship period is relaxable and they will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining.

Monitoring Officer

Number of posts: 10. Age: 25 to 35 years. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any subject, but preference will be given to those with a Postgraduate degree in Commerce. Must have at least 3 years of practical experience as a Monitoring/Audit/Compliance Officer in a microcredit program in an institution conducting loan activities. Monthly salary: Based on experience, a maximum of 30,000/- Taka (including mobile bill) will be available in total. Must be at the branch level for 15-18 days a month and monitor field activities.

Assistant Accounts Officer

Number of posts: 50. Maximum age: 35 years. Educational qualification: Minimum B.Com/BBS. All accounts related to daily financial transactions will have to be maintained and maintained through software while staying in the branch. Monthly salary during 6 months of apprenticeship is 18,000/- Taka. After regularization of employment, the monthly salary is 25,522/- Taka in total (including mobile bill, lunch allowance, hardship allowance and other allowances). 

In addition, there is an opportunity to get incentives from 16,000/- Taka to 22,000/- Taka on a quarterly basis subject to achieving the target and there is a free single accommodation facility. In the case of candidates who have at least one year of experience working in the relevant position in the microfinance program, the apprenticeship period is relaxed and they will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining. In addition, Assistant Accounts Officers will be entitled to a responsibility allowance of 2,000/- Taka to 5,000/- Taka per month if they manage the microfinance activities of at least 50 ME members.

Application rules

The candidate must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and must have basic computer skills and internet usage. In addition to the monthly salary, the candidate will be entitled to 3 festival allowances per year, CPF, gratuity, travel allowance, distance allowance, city allowance, leave encashment benefit and accident insurance benefits as per the employment rules of the organization.
