Students and their guardians seeking admission to Government Coronation Secondary Girls’ School, Khulna for the academic year 2026 and their guardians are hereby informed that students will be admitted to a specific number of seats in Class 3 through lottery. Rules for applying online

The applicant will get a list of institutions based on the police station during the selection of institutions while applying online. In this case, the candidates can select a maximum of 05 (five) schools in order of preference based on availability. However, if the schools with double shifts choose both shifts (morning and day branches), 02 choices will be considered completed (morning branch will be counted as one and day branch will be counted as an independent full-fledged school).

| Age and photo | a) According to the National Education Policy 2010, the birth certificate will be determined online (8+ for admission to class 3). However, the minimum age on January 1 of the desired academic year will be 7 years and the maximum age on December 31 will be 9 years. An additional benefit of maximum 05 (five) years can be given in determining the age of students with special needs. In this case, if anyone forges the birth certificate or resort to any unfair means, it will be considered a criminal offense.

Special Note

- In the case of quota, selected students will have to appear for an interview with the necessary documents in support of the quota as per the notice issued by the school.
- Failure to submit appropriate proof will result in his/her selection/admission through lottery being considered cancelled.
- If the seat is vacant, admission will be made from the waiting list following merit and quota.
