The following positions will be filled to manage the ongoing microfinance program of the non-governmental organization BUREAU Bangladesh. The candidate must be honest, hardworking, energetic and have the mentality to work in remote areas of the country.

Application Eligibility

Application conditions

• Candidates from all districts of Bangladesh can apply.
• Candidates who have previously worked in any position at Bureau Bangladesh are not required to apply.
• A valid mobile number must be mentioned in the resume for contact purposes.
• The date, venue and time of the written and oral examination will be communicated through mobile ‘SMS’ (buro bd or 01729024292).
• No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for participating in the examination. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
• Candidates initially selected in the written and oral examination will have to undergo ‘Training’ by paying a partial training fee (non-refundable) for ‘Foundation Training’ as per the rules of the organization. After successfully completing the ‘Training’, a security deposit of a specified amount (refundable) will have to be paid as per the rules of the organization and a family member acceptable to the organization will have to sign a contract with the organization as a guarantor as per the rules of the organization.
• The information mentioned in the resume, educational qualification certificates and all other matters of the candidates who have passed the written and oral examinations will be verified by the organization’s own process. If any discrepancy is observed in the information sent, the appointment will be canceled.

Salary, allowances and other benefits

• The next 03 months from the date of temporary appointment will be considered as the apprenticeship period. If there is a deficiency in learning the job within 03 months, another 03 months will be given. Those who pass the permanentization test will be made permanent in their jobs. Those who fail the permanentization test will be terminated from their jobs.
• After permanent employment, other benefits will be provided as per the company’s rules including festival allowance, Baisakhi allowance, mobile allowance, mountain allowance, island allowance, provident fund, gratuity, health fund and lunch allowance, as per the company’s employment rules.
• The branches have separate residential facilities for men/women.
