Palli Bidyut Samity is a registered organization by Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BRPB). Online applications are being invited from genuinely qualified Bangladeshi citizens for the recruitment/panel formation of the vacant posts of Assistant General Manager (O&M/P&M/E&C), Assistant General Manager (Finance-Accounts/Finance-Revenue) and Assistant General Manager (Member Services) in the said Palli Bidyut Samity. Application form filling and examination conditions

• (Starting date and time for filling the application form and submitting the examination fee online: 14/11/2025 AD, 10:00 AM onwards.
• Examination fee payable in case of applying online: For the mentioned posts, the examination fee is 200/- (two hundred) Taka and 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka including Teletalk service charge (non-refundable) and for backward citizens, the examination fee is 50/- (fifty) Taka and 56/- (fifty-six) Taka including Teletalk service charge (non-refundable) only through SMS from Teletalk & Prepaid number.
• Application start date and time: 14/11/2025 AD, 10:00 AM onwards and application last date and time: 28/11/2025 AD, 5:00 PM onwards. However, only the examination fee can be deposited within 72 hours of the last date for filling the application form.

• The candidate’s age limit as on 28/11/2025 AD should be as per the description in column 4 of the notification.
• Applicants under the age of 18 are not required to apply. Applications will not be accepted if the candidate is under or over the age of 18.
• For the above mentioned posts, if the candidate wants to apply under the quota of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/children of heroines or ethnic minorities or physically disabled and third gender
• You must fill in the specified fields in the online application form.
• Government instructions, quotas (where applicable), and other policies will be followed properly in recruitment.
• The employment of all candidates who are appointed will be governed by the employment rules of the Rural Electricity Association.
• Applications will not be accepted after the specified date and time.

• Candidates working in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations/project sectors/rural electricity associations should apply with the permission of the appropriate authority and in this regard

• The specified fields must be filled in. Permission letter from the concerned authority must be submitted at the time of oral examination.

• Candidates will be given written (MCQ and essay) tests. Only candidates who pass the written test will be considered eligible for the oral test.

• The BAP Board authorities reserve the right to reduce/increase the number of vacant posts and cancel this recruitment notice or take any decision related to recruitment.

• If the information provided by the candidate in the application form is found to be incomplete, untrue or inconsistent, his/her candidacy will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process.

• Any personal contact, solicitation, or recommendation for employment will be considered disqualifying for employment.

• If the applicant is married or engaged to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, or if he/she has been removed or dismissed by his/her previous employer for misconduct, moral turpitude, or if he/she has been convicted by any criminal court of the country, then the said candidate/applicant will not be considered for appointment.
• Applications from candidates who have failed the relevant examination in terms of the required educational qualification will not be considered.

• The BAP Board authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

Rules for applying online

• Candidates wishing to apply for the Rural Electricity Associations recruitment exam can do so through any web browser.http://brebhr.teletalk.com.bdYou can complete the registration process by filling out the Online Application Form at the address.
• While filling the application form, the candidate must fill in the mandatory (marked with a red star) fields.
• To upload a color photo and signature in the application form, a 3000 x 300 pixel color photo should be uploaded which should not exceed 100 KB and the candidate should sign it in person on white paper (not typed/printed) which should be 3000 x 80 pixels and should not exceed 60 KB in any way.
• After filling the Application Form correctly, the candidate has to finally submit the Application Form by clicking on the Submit button.
• After final submission, the candidate will see an Applicant’s Copy on the screen along with the User ID (which will be used when paying via SMS) and can print and save it.

Exam fee payment

A specific amount of money (as per serial number-02 of the conditions) for BREB recruitment exam fee must be deposited within the specified time period via SMS from Teletalk’s prepaid number using the User ID obtained in the Applicant’s Copy. After receiving the SMS, Teletalk will welcome the candidate and instruct them to submit a PIN number and exam fee.

As per the instructions, the candidate will deposit the prescribed examination fee through the 2nd SMS in the following manner:

Rules for downloading admit card

Exam Date, Time, Exam Center and Admit Card Receipt: The candidate will be informed about the deadline for downloading/printing the Admit Card through SMS/Online Notice. Later, the candidate can download the Admit Card from the above website (http://brebhr.teletalk.com.bd You can download/print it from ). The said Admit Card will mention the date, time and examination center of the exam.
