Applications are being invited online for admission of students in the morning and day branches (Bangla and English versions) in the 2026 academic year in the Children’s (KG) class until 22nd November 2025. Like every year, this year too, the college has started admission activities in various classes. Detailed information regarding admission
Applications can be made online for admission to the KG class in the morning and day sections in Bangla and English versions through lottery in the academic year 2026 (BAF, SD/SEMC GEN candidates must apply by 08 November 2025). It is to be noted that students studying at Golden Eagle Nursery can apply for both shifts and versions. If the same candidate wishes to apply for both versions and shifts, they must apply separately. The candidate must be between 5 and 6 years of age as on 1 January 2026.

Documents required for admission
- Required documents (softcopy – each file size must be maximum 200k) and the file format must be JPG/JPEG).
- A recent passport-sized color photograph of the applicant.
- Online verified copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Parent/guardian contact number.
- Copy of the certificate issued by the concerned department in favor of the child seeking admission of a parent working/retired in the Air Force/Army/Navy.
- Certificate issued by the college for the children of Teaching/Non-Teaching Staff working at BAF Shaheen College Dhaka.

Applicant type
- The applicant must carefully select this field:
- For children of officers/airmen/employees working in Bangladesh Air Force – BAF
- BAF Shaheen College Dhaka/SEMC for children of teachers/employees- SD/SEMC
- Students studying at Golden Eagle Nursery – GEN
- All other applicants – Civil
- The candidate’s name and date of birth must be as per his/her birth registration certificate.
Detailed information regarding the lottery
- The lottery will be held in a random manner. The serial number of the application form will be considered as the lottery number.
- After completing the online application and making the payment, the admit card can be downloaded. The downloaded admit card must be printed in color and saved, and the serial number of the said admit card will be required for further activities.
- The lottery date (probable) will be held on 29th November 2025 (Saturday) at Shaheen Hall as per the time mentioned in the admit card (applicable for Civil candidates).
- Lottery results announced: The list of those selected through lottery will be published on the college website (www.bafsd.edu.bd) and notice board. Also, one guardian of each candidate can be present during the lottery (even if the candidate is not present). Will be informed via SMS.
Interview time
- Interview of candidates applying for BAF, SD/SEMC GEN on 15th November 2025.
- At the time of interview, in case of children of members serving in the Air Force (BAF), they will be present at the college with the child’s date of birth, current work place and residential address, a certificate with the seal and signature of their respective unit commander, application admit card, and original birth certificate.
- SD/SEMC and GEN candidates will be present at the college during the interview along with their parents/guardians along with the online application admit card and original copy of registration.
- During the interview of the candidate (Civil) selected through lottery, the parent or guardian along with the online application admit card and a copy of the original birth certificate will be present at the college.
- The interview date for Civil candidates is December 6, 2025. The interview time will be posted on the website.
- All instructions will be communicated to the mobile phone via SMS.
