ASA is the world’s largest self-reliant microfinance institution (MFI) with 3,073 branches and 26,242 skilled workers spread across the country, providing microfinance services to about 7 million members. ASA was selected as the world’s top microfinance institution in 2007 by the New York-based world-renowned Forbes Magazine. ‘ASA’ is a completely foreign-funded organization. Various social programs are implemented from the funds generated by the organization’s financial programs. ASA University has a Tuition Fee Waiver facility for the children of ASA members. There is an opportunity to become a “Medical Assistant” by studying at ASA-MATS at a low cost. Field workers will be recruited for the loan activities of this organization subject to the following requirements and conditions:

Other benefits

After the completion of the 1-year apprenticeship period, if the employee’s performance is found satisfactory after performance evaluation, he/she will be included in the regular salary structure as a permanent employee, along with PF, gratuity, annual increment every year, two festival allowances, Bengali New Year allowance, Employee Group Benefit Fund and Employee Welfare Fund, etc. will be applicable.

Application Rules of conduct

Only permanent residents of Dinajpur district can apply for the said post. Interested candidates should submit their applications in writing to the President-ASHA by 30.01.2026 at ASHA, Rajshahi, Khulna, Dhaka, Barisal, Sylhet, Mymensingh, Rangpur and Jessore Divisional The application should be sent to the  Office. The application should be accompanied by a complete curriculum vitae (including mobile number and marital status) on plain paper, a photocopy of the National Identity Card and permanent address along with the citizenship certificate, 2 recent passport size color photographs, and photocopies of all original educational qualifications. The name of the district must be mentioned on the envelope.

Application Terms and Conditions

In terms of educational qualification, a minimum of 2nd division/class/GPA of 2.50 out of 5.00/225 out of 4.00 in any two public examinations should be obtained. The candidate should be a non-smoker and should be proficient in riding a bicycle/motorcycle (holding a valid and most recent driving license) in the case of male candidates. The selected candidates will have to deposit 10,000/- Taka as a security deposit (refundable) as per the rules of the organization at the time of joining. Dividends will be given at the rate of government bank savings account. It is to be noted that if the candidate hides/forges/gives false information including permanent address and educational qualification, the recruitment will be cancelled as soon as the matter is identified later.
