Documents required to fill out the application form
- Photocopy of NID card of father and mother.
- Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate.
- 1 copy (length 300×width 300 pixels) size color photo.
- At the time of admission, the results of the previous class’s annual examination and a certificate of regular study from the educational institution must be submitted.
- In the case of children of members serving in the military, a certified photocopy of the certificate from their respective unit commander, stating the date of birth, must be submitted with the form at the time of admission.
- At the time of admission, students seeking admission in grades 7 and 9 must have board registration in grades 6 and 8 and must submit the eSIF list as proof.
