Application conditions
Candidates from all districts of Bangladesh can apply for the above-mentioned positions.
The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 32 years as on 01/01/2026. In case of serial no. 1 and 4 posts, the age limit of departmental candidates is relaxable up to 40 years. Employees working in setup posts (excluding master roll, workcharged, temporary regular, voucher, outsourcing) of the Public Works Department will be considered as “departmental candidates”. Applicants as “departmental candidates” will have to obtain a certificate from their controlling authority (not below the Executive Engineer) regarding their name, designation, place of work and date of employment and upload it along with the application. Birth certificate/National Identity Card will be considered as proof of age. No affidavit will be accepted in case of age.

Applications will be accepted online. Rules and regulations regarding filling out the online application form:

- Starting date and time for filling out the application form and submitting the application fee online: 01/1/2026, 10.00 AM.
- Last date and time for submitting applications online: 31/1/2026, 5:00 PM.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 3000 x width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 3000 x width 300 pixels) and upload it to the designated location.
- Copies of certificates related to the applicant’s education, experience, skills, etc. must be uploaded with the application.
- Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in various fields later, the candidate himself should be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
- The candidate should keep a color printout of the application form filled out online as a reference for any examination-related needs.

Payment of examination fees
After filling the online application form properly, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, and submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo will be visible on the computer. After submitting the application form correctly, the candidate will receive an application code, photo and signature with the applicant’s copy. The candidate will download the said applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it. After filling the form, the application fee will have to be submitted online through the payment gateway. Examination fee 100/- (one hundred) taka; Service charge 04/- taka, a total of 104;-(one hundred and four) taka must be submitted online. It is specially noted here that, “Even if all parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted”.
Rules for downloading admit card
The issue of obtaining an admit card http://pwd.gov.bd The candidate will be informed in due course through SMS on the website and on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile number provided by the candidate in the online application form. It is advisable to keep the said number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately. Using the application code sent in the SMS, the candidate will later download the admit card containing information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue/center name, etc. and take a color printout.
